I created a homebrew Paladin subclass. The subclass feature has an action associated with it that does 1d6+CHA damage with no attack roll involved. I set it up as a General action with 1d6 damage but I don't see any way to add CHA to the damage so it shows up as 1d6+4 in the side bar.
How do I add an ability score modifier to damage in an action?
I believe (if I can remember someone else having said it) it goes like this: modifier - fixed - cha modifier. I am so sorry if that's not right, but I think it is along the right lines.

While editing the homebrew, in the Action itself, near the top you have to set the Ability Score as Cha.
