Okay. One thing to note is that Sorcerer subclasses do not grant features at 5th level, so you might want to consider moving this feature to 6th level instead.
The easiest way to do it that I can think of is to give them a class feature for the appropriate level. Then as part of that class feature you scroll down to “Spells” and then hit “add a spell.” In the “Spell” field you list the four spells from which you wish them to be able to choose. Then set the “Ability Score” to Cha.
After that, you need to consider a few things.
Will casting these spells use a spell slot?
Will these spells count against the normal number of spells a Sorcerer usually has?
If these spells will be cast normally using spell slots then in the “consumes spell slot” field put “yes.” If these spells will not be cast using slots then you will have to do different stuff.
If these spells will not count against their normal number of known spells then in the “counts as known spell” field put “no.”
Then SAVE!
After that, just do the "add a spell” thing a second time so that they can choose twice.
After that, re-save the whole class feature, and then re-save the whole subclass.
IamSposta one thing tho. Artillery mages are strength casters. Will that affect anything?
Then switch Cha to Str. You will also have to designate Str as their Spellcasting ability under the “basic information” section for the homebrewed subclass as well.
The 5th level feature is to 2 of 4 spells.

There are a couple ways you could do it. What class are you making the subclass for? Some of the details may change slightly depending on that.
