You cannot merge them. Once you published the first on it was set in stone. That is one of the many reasons to not publish anything until you are 1,000% sure you are done working on it.
Even if you “create new version” of the original one to add the new subraces, I don’t think the original subraces will come with it. I think the best you can do is “create new version” and then recreate the subraces from scratch and republish it. Then you will have to remove the two old versions from your “collection” so they no longer populate your character builder.
Whenever I try to add a new Homebrew subrace to my race, they don't seem to merge. I now have these two:

Ugh. I really thought by publishing the new one it would keep the subraces of the first. That's really inconvenient. Well, thank you I suppose.
