So I was working on a new Subclass for Fighters and I'm getting 

• This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels.

I already referenced The Subclasses Tutorials and made sure I had my features matched the required levels. This is my second Subclass so I'm still a bit confused at what I'm missing here. 

There is a bug current that requires a 5th level feature that shouldn’t be there. Just keep playtesting and editing and when the glitch is resolved you will be able to publish normally.

It is good practice not to publish right away anyway. Once you do you can no longer edit without rigamarole that leads to more glitches and bugs. Playtesting takes time, at least a couple of months.

I appreciate the insight. I wasn't planning on publishing right away. But I loathe feeling like I missed something especially when I've checked every box. 

You missed nothing other than a recently developed bug report related to your issue, and about a dozen or more other recent threads asking the exact same question. No biggie, nothing you did wrong.
