BTW... hit a snag with your solution. When I add an option to a feat, it only gives the ability to add an action to the option, not a modifier.
I just realized that and was just about to fix my post. You will have to do what DDB does and make a separate feat for each option.
Ug... I'm thinking I may just use the "Choose a skill" subtype, and put the intended skills to choose from in the details section. It's not going to be for public consumption anyway.

Trying to create a feat that allows you gain proficiency in a skill, from a choice of 2-3 specific skills.
If I go Modifier: Proficiency, there only seems to be an option to choose from all skills in the Modifier Subtype dropdown.
What am I missing?
You have to add options to the feat and have each option grant proficiency in a different individual skill.

Well that's an annoying roundabout way to do things... LOL... thank you for the answer.
Why do you think DDB has to make multiple different feats just to implement stuff like Resilient or Magic Initiate?

Yeah, I discovered that one already.
