I added a feature to a subclass that gives a spell to spell book/prepared. It works as expected, but I marked hide in sheet and hide in builder and it shows in the builder but is hidden in the sheet. I tried unchecking it, waiting for the update (30ish mins), checking it and waiting another 30, but it still shows in the builder but not the sheet. I would prefer it not show in both as the options I checked indicated.
Can you give any details about what the feature does?
If it contains anything that may constitute a choice by the player then the Hide In Builder setting will presumably be ignored; it's possible there are some edge cases where this may happen even if no player option is shown. Things I can think of offhand would be:
Options: It's possible they may be considered to be a choice even if they're all marked as Granted, not sure.
Modifiers: The obvious ones are Choose X but there are a few that might behave oddly; for example, proficiencies that a player might already have.
Spells: Entries that give a player a specific spell and not much else should be an issue, but if you've set any fields that normally result in a spell choice then it might count as a choice.

Former D&D Beyond Customer of six years: With the axing of piecemeal purchasing, lack of meaningful development, and toxic moderation the site isn't worth paying for anymore. I remain a free user only until my groups are done migrating from DDB, and if necessary D&D, after which I'm done. There are better systems owned by better companies out there.

Here's the settings
Same issue but I was adding damage bonuses at certain level intervals as a part of another feature.
After you added the feature, did you re-save the entire subclass?
