I'm not sure if this question should be posted here or in another thread, so here I go...
I'm currently in someone's campaign and they have sharing content enabled for all the books, but as a player I'm allowed by the DM to add spells and create Homebrew items to add to D&D Beyond. Problem is that information is not shared with my fellow players within the campaign. Is there a way for all the players, not just the DM to share their content within a campaign?
Once content sharing is enabled, everything purchased by everyone is automatically shared among everyone in that campaign.
Content Sharing is not required at all for homebrew content. All Homebrew content in everyone’s “Collection” is automatically shared among everyone in a campaign.
If others cannot access your homebrew, then one of two things is happening:
Those homebrews are in your “creations” but not your “collection.”
The other players do not have “homebrew content” enabled on their character sheets.
Keep in mind, unpublished homebrew content will only be visible and useable on character sheets specifically in that campaign and nowhere else.
Thanks that was very helpful. I double-checked and I had everything correctly done, I'm just checking with the other player to see if he has the homebrew content enabled. The item in question is seen in both creations and collections, so I'm not sure why he can't see it.

I quite like that feature. Many times my players have things I don't have, so I can use them in the campaign in addition to my own material.

it was a spell, and it turns out he didn't have homebrew content share turned on, that was all. :D
