We cannot as of yet. The two choices are:
Use “choose a skill,” list the restrictions in plain text, and hope the player does as instructed.
Make multiple “options” for the class feature and attach the individual modifier for each proficiency to the corresponding options. In the case of your example you would make 1 Class Feature Option for the (Persuasion) proficiency and another for (Intimidation).
