A trident that was once used by the reincarnation of Demise, Ganondorf, when he became the King of Evil, Ganon. This trident has the energy of the Triforce of Power, and its attacks show that. It can choose from 3 attacks of which follow to do magical attacks:
Spinning Slashes. +9 to hit, the creature spins the trident around in a 5 feet sphere with them in the middle. An attack deals 16 (3d10) Slashing damage.
Deadly Streak. +7 to hit, the creature throws the trident (range 40/120) after waiting 1 round to gather dark powers. An attack deals 27 (5d10) Necrotic damage.
Piercing Streak. +7 to hit, the creature throws the trident (range 30/90). An attack deals An attack deals 21 (3d10+5) Piercing Damage.
If you wish to do any other attack, it does 3d10 nonmagical damage.
Proficiency with a trident allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
Sorry, you didn’t get a “kind person,” you got me instead. I cannot promise to be kind, but I can promise to help you make the best homebrews I possibly can. If you can work with a little less kindness in exchange for the honest feedback you can use to make awesome homebrews, I promise I’ll do my best for you.
There is no such thing as “nonmagical damage” in 5e. There is damage from a magical source, or damage from a nonmagical source. Since this weapon is an artifact, all damage it deals will be damage from a “magical source.”
For the “Spinning Slashes,” is it a regular attack or is it an AoE that affects a sphere? If it’s an attack, then it would only hit the one target anyway. If it’s an AoE, it would need a Save DC, not an attack bonus since its better to have every creature in the area save against one damage roll than to have to roll separate attack and damage for every creature in the area. And if it’s an attack, why would the attack bonus be set by the weapon and not the character using it? That doesn’t make any sense.
Deadly Strike makes no sense. The whole “waiting a round to gather dark powers” doesn’t make any sense since weapon attacks deal damage equal to the Ability modifier in addition to the regular attack roll. If the weapon normally does 3d10+Str, why would I wait two rounds to do do 5d10+Str once when, if the character has Extra Attacks if could do (3d10+Str)x4 attacks in the same two rounds?!? Also, why is the weapon designating the attack bonus instead of the character using it?!?
I don't really see anything wrong with making normal attacks be non-magical. It is a pretty hefty nerf compared to every other magic weapon but if that's how it is, that's how it is.
Agree with the Deadly Strike. Why would you give up an action to no real benefit. If it did more than double damage or had an area effect, it would be better.
Spinning Strike should be worded as an area effect attack (Save vs) or worded similar to "Make a melee attack against..."
I'm guessing that you wanted to have a different modifier for melee attacks and ranged attacks. That is a little unusual in current D&D. Most often a weapon will have the same bonus to hit and damage regardless of attack method.
Finally, the to-hit bonus is HUGE. I suppose it is an artifact, but wow. Nothing in official content has higher than a +3.

Saving Throws STR +6, DEX +9, CON +7, INT +10, WIS +13, CHA +10

Creature Sense. Princess Hilda is aware of the presence of creatures within 5 miles that has an Intelligence score of 4 or higher. She knows the distance and direction to each creature, as well as each one's Intelligence score, but can't sense anything else about it. A creature protected by a mind blank spell, a non detection spell, or similar magic can't be perceived in this manner
Magic Resistance. Princess Hilda has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Stolen Triforce of Wisdom. When a creature gets with 5 feet of Hilda or starts their turn there, they must make a Wisdom Save DC 10 or take 2d10 necrotic damage.
Spellcasting. Hilda is a 15th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 21, +13 to hit with spell attacks). Hilda has the following warlock spells prepared:
Psychic Link. Princess Hilda targets one incapacitated creature she can perceive with her Creature Sense trait and establishes a psychic link with that creature. Until the psychic link ends, Princess Hilda can perceive everything the target senses. The target becomes aware that something is linked to its mind once it is no longer incapacitated, and Princess Hilda can terminate the link at any time (no action required). The target can, use an action on its turn to attempt to break the psychic link, doing so with a successful DC 18 Charisma saving throw. On a successful save, the target takes 10 (3d6) psychic damage. The psychic link also ends if the target and Princess Hilda are more than 5 miles apart, with no consequences to the target. Princess Hilda can form psychic links with up to ten creatures at a time.
So Spinning Strike should be similar to one of the following:
Spinning Strike: Each creature in a 5-foot radius sphere must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 3d10 slashing damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Spinning Strike: Make a melee attack against every creature you can see within 5 feet. Each creature hit will take 3d10 slashing damage.

Do the save one. Individual attack rolls and then individual damage rolls will be a pain in the neck. If they all save vs damage it will go faster and be less complicated.

I picked that one. Here is another magic Item
Weapon (greatsword), legendary
A large two-handed sword forged by the Goron blacksmith Biggoron, this powerful sword cannot be used in conjunction with a shield. It can never break and is one of the most powerful greatswords. If you succeed a DC 5 Check before attacking, you can add 13 (3d8) Bludgeoning to your attack. If you don't succeed nothing will happen, and you will get no bonus to your attack. If you have a proficiency with the sword, you get a 7 (2d6) Bludgeoning added to all attacks from the greatsword. Its weight is 6.5 lbs instead of 6 lbs.
Proficiency with a greatsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it
Stop putting average damage for the rolls like that. Those are for monsters to make the DM’s job easier. Players should never be allowed to use average numbers like that.

I need to work on the first sentence. It is a bit repetitive.

Is the check part of the Action used to make the Attack, or as a Bonus Action?
I understand that it is used for the attack. I’m telling you that you need to specify if it is one of the following two options:
”Once on each of your turns whenever you take take the attack action with this weapon, you can make a DC 15 Str Check, and on a success, the next attack with this weapon that hits before the end of this turn deals an additional 3d8 bludgeoning damage.”
”As a bonus action you can make a DC 15 Strength Check, and on a success the next successful attack you make with this weapon before the end of this turn deals an additional 3d8 bludgeoning damage.”

Descriptions in general are good to add to your magic items. However, you mentioned things that are already a component of magic great swords =)
Not sure why there would be a DC check. Especially one so low. Extra rolls are ok, if they are meaningful.
What is the special effect of the bludgeoning damage? Why does it do that? Give a description and just have it be added damage.
