The only class that both learns and prepares spells is the Wizard. Every other class either “knows” or “prepares” their spells, but not both.
For classes that Prepare spells, they technically know all of their spells but only prepares some of them per day. These classes include Artificers, Clerics, Druids, and Paladins.
For classes that only learn a fixed number of spells, the don’t prepare any spells at all. These include Bards, Rangers, Sorcerers, and Warlocks, as well as the Eldritch Knight and Arcane Trickster subclasses for Fighters and Rogues, respectively.
If you are asking how to make a a Wiz, Artificer, Cleric, Druid, or Paladin automatically prepare every spell possible, then no. That is not possible as it would imbalance the game.
If you are wondering how to make a Bard, Ranger, Sorcerer, or Warlock prepare their spells, you don’t need to.

I wondered if there was any way to add something to a home brew subclass where all spells "known" are always prepared ?
Cheers
