I am looking for the tooltip command (if there is one) to link racial abilities such as Powerful Build.  Tried a few and didn't get it to work, so am now asking if this is a thing or am I trying in vain?

Thank you, got that post saved for reference.  Since the edit was the middle of 2019 I was hoping possibly that others were added and an update was forgotten.

They don’t forget updates. If it had been added, the list would have been updated.
