I am creating my first subclass and could do with some help with the mechanics of implementing what I would like to do in the home brew subclass creator.
I've figured out how to grant access to specific spells but I'm unsure how to grant the subclass access to an entire list, but with limited choice.
I want the subclass to have access to the entire sorcerer list
They are then able to learn x number of spells as follows:
At 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th level - choose two spells of a level you have access to
e.g. at 5th level you may choose a total of two sorcerer spells from any of the cantrip, 1st lvl, 2nd lvl or 3rd lvl lists.
For which class is your sub? Also, you really cannot affect how many spells they get to learn since all of that is governed by to Spellcasting/Pact Magic feature and we cannot alter the progressions in those charts. We cannot even alter it for Fighter/Rogue subclasses with Spellcasting like Eldritch Knight or Arcane Trickster. .
However, I was considering allowing the druid to pick the same number of spells from the sorcerer list rather than having them fixed i.e. at level 2 they would pick one cantrip and one 1st level spell from the sorcerer lists they have access to.

The main class is druid and the subclass grants them limited sorcerer spell capability.
Currently it reads as follows: this grants these spells as 'always prepared' but doesn't impact the number of spells slots the druid has.
However, I was considering allowing the druid to pick the same number of spells from the sorcerer list rather than having them fixed i.e. at level 2 they would pick one cantrip and one 1st level spell from the sorcerer lists they have access to.
