"Long ago an evil wizard planted these Purplewraths here on the island. He would visit sparingly and practice dark rituals over them, sometimes evacuating with a number of them. Each dark ritual changed them into something a little different than what they were before. Whether or not he is finished with them I know not the extent of his experiments. Neither do I know his name, he never shared it with me, nor do I recall his first visit, as I keep no written record of such things."
The Treant shakes all his limbs at once and a few leaves fall.
"It is my guess that if you destroyed some of the nests then the evil wizard was alerted and paid a hasty visit to rescue what was left of his creations. The original nest was in the ravine and if he has evacuated that nest there is little need or chance of his return to the island."

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Petcan watches the treat and listens eagerly. "You sound like a good person, treant. I'm Petcan. Do you have a name? I'd like to alert the new arrivals of your presence, and your good nature. Warn them away from doing anything foolish to your island."
"After I get some sleep I'll use the power of nature to see if some of the Wraths are still here, to be sure. Thankyou for the tale and your help" He says to the Treant gives another bow of respect and walks away to his friends.
"Let us get back to our charges"He shares everything he learnt.
The Treant regards Petcan for a brief moment before addressing him in elvish.
"My name is Bazzerion. I am aware of the good colonists and do not object to their presence on the island."

As he departs, Randall blesses the treant with Daylight filtering softly through his leaves.

"Well... A wizard lived here, making monster plants. But the people weren't bothered by them. We were sent with the villagers to settle this island? Of all islands? We found old magic stuff. Maybe made by the wizard. I'm all out of order, but I think that's the gist, yeah?" Petcan rambles on, ticking off details on his fingers.
Bow is walking at the back, thinking about this evil wizard who has terrorized this island, and what not. Maybe he should go after that guy? Or should he just go look for real vile and evil creatures. Right before they reach the colonist he will tell the others
"Eh guys, I think after we reach the colonist, and we told the commander of what we found and did, I will see if I can find a boat that brings me to other parts of the world. I feel I cannot live towards my goal in lifewhile travelling with you lot. It was fun though fighting those goblins, the trolls and all the other creatures we encountered. I hope you find who is handling those goblins and defeat him."

Maybe made by the wizard. I'm all out of order, but I think that's the gist, yeah?" Petcan rambles on, ticking off details on his fingers.
Randall:
"Succinctly put, Petcan. I would stay here awhile longer to make sure the whole island is truly safe for the colonists, getting them into a good trading arrangement with the natives. This pirate treasure would be good as well--if we haven't already found it in the sea cave chest we came across. Once everything is settled and the colonists are self-supporting, I suggest we return to the mainland to aid in the defense against the goblin armies," says Randall, sharing his thoughts.
At Bow's comments, he is a bit taken aback. Still, to each his own...Randall responds, "Bow, your skill with your namesake is quite formidable. I know wherever you go to fulfill your life goal you will be a force to be reckoned with. You will always be welcome in my company, or I suspect as the leader of the ranged defense unit of the colonists, should you wish to settle down. Fare thee well and may the light of the Dawnflower ever illuminate your path."
"This pirate treasure would be good as well--if we haven't already found it in the sea cave chest we came across"
Z: "Ah. I had not considered that the treasure in the cave could have been the pirate treasure. It was guarded by Chuuls, remnants of an ancient empire often found guarding remnants and ruins - but not human sites or pirate treasure. But perhaps the pirates simply found a way to hide their treasure near them."
You arrive back at the Colonist's landing site and find that they have the beginnings of several buildings erected. Most have a roof, some have a wall or two. In the centre of the area is a large, nearly complete building with walls and a roof, it only needs some work on the inside. This is the main trading post and is large enough to store many supplies, although it is currently being used for any who shelter from the elements such as new mothers, the elderly, and small children.
The Colonists are glad to see you return unarmed and several approach to hear the news of what caused the fire on the other side of the island. They also share that they have received a magical message from Mynash while you were away and he will be arriving by ship within a few days.

OOC. Just to check. Mynash is the merchant who funded the rescue fleet and trade post, i.e our sponsor. Correct?
Zenodor will spend the time until Mynash's arrival assisting the colonists in setting up the trade post and town, and of course making sure they are safe. He will use Unseen Servant and Mage Hand to help with the building works, and if it helps will also cast Fly on the colonists as needed to help them work safely and rapidly on the roofs, towers, etc.
Randall will spend time seeing to the medical and nutritional needs of the colonists, as well as helping to complete as detailed map of the island focusing on the safest route for trading parties to journey to the natives…Having a representative of the natives at the settlement and a good start on leaning their language would be ideal before Mynash arrives.

Your new character can arrive on the ship with Mynash. A new agent of his that will join the group of his operatives. Bow can make his exit on the same ship.
Might be a little overlap for a few posts where you will have to answer for both characters in posts, if so you can make different posts for each or different colors for their speech, your choice. This will only happen if there's anything that involves Bow directly and only as a way to phase him out of the story instead of him just vanishing in a puff of smoke, lol.
