Syvis slings his bow over his shoulder and darts towards Randall. He kneels down, props his head on his lap, shuffling through his pouch and finds one goodberry. He pulls Randall's jaw open and feeds the berry in his mouth. "Come on, Brother Randall," he says quietly to the unconscious human, "we need you."

OOC: Yes, the Bugbears are rolling hot, including high damage rolls, especially for their opening volley of thrown spears (which I thought did less damage than their melee weapons, but bugbears are tough!)
Randall:
Waking up to see his allies falling all around him, Randall grips his holy symbol and mutters a prayer to Lathander, saying, “Morninglord, preserve these souls that they might continue the fight for all that is good and right.”
A pulse of healing power whooshes across the battlefield, rousing his allies from the brink of death. Saying a quick word to renew his own spirit, Randall stands up and brandishes his sunlit mace, ready to continue the fight!
Standard action to Channel Divinity: Preserve Life. Each of the three characters currently at zero hp awake with 3 hp, and Randall claims the last hp for himself.
Bonus action Healing word on himself: 10

Like collapses as a fun roleplay thing or collapses as an "Oh $#!+ I'm out of hit points" thing?
Farewell.

On my turn Ceo shouts out a few choice words before he pulls out his crossbow and fires at the S.O.B. what shot him.
Attack: 13 Damage: 11
he then dives to his ally, forming a shield around him and shouts to his comrades:
”May your weapons strike true against those that have harmed our ally! Inflict upon them the wrath that none may cross us again!”
(this is bardic inspiration. Next four allies to attack get it to their attack)
Farewell.
(Randall, since you went unconscious in the 1st round you have to make a death saving throw.)
(edit: Bow and then Syvis are up, then the bugbears go again.)
