There is one small, sleeping figure in a hammock. It appears to be a goblin. Topaz opens the door and spots a messy room to his left littered with rusted weapons and threadbare clothing. To his right is the room where the goblin is sleeping and a staircase that goes down a short way before leading to another corridor that turns right.
Cami's walking in behind Topaz, keeping a gap and waiting until he was done before proceeding any further. She thinks through her options to help and concludes that not getting in the way would be the most helpful thing she can do.

The large Goliath does his best to hold his chainmail, giving a thumbs up enthusiastic enough to match his massive smile. The warrior was not exactly suited to being sneaky like this, but he at least wanted to keep close in case something needed to be bludgeoned.
You're all able to proceed stealthily enough now that the sleeping sentry has been taken care of by Topaz. You cross a walkway over the running sewage and find yourselves in a sleeping chamber. This room contains six tattered, straw-stuffed mattresses and not much else. There is a battered wooden door leading into another chamber. From the other side of the door, you hear two voices arguing along with the hustle and bustle of activity.
"No, no, that en't gonna work! Plug up the hole under the door!"
"Shut yer trap, lad, I know what I be doin'!" Another voice responds in an unfamiliar accent.
They do not appear to have noticed your approach at all.

"More guards?" Vyrax whispers. If nobody does anything else, he tries to continue listening. Perhaps if they keep talking, he'd know what they're talking about.
"Most likely more guards. And no luxury of them sleeping this time." Topaz replies. "Ready weapons, I suppose, in case they catch us. Not really any other way toward Floon."
He looks to the others for confirmation. If there aren't any objections, he opens the door, then readies his own shortbow.
Ianric nods eagerly, clenching his huge fists and ready to clobber the guards should they be able to get the jump on them. While usually the goliath would prefer a less sneaky approach, this deep in a guild's territory every advantage would be welcome.
Topaz looks in and spots two figures. One is a human man with a bald head and several purple eye tattoos; you recognize him as one of the Xanathar thugs that picked a fight in the Yawning Portal! The second is an armored dwarf with stone-gray skin, a thick white beard, plus a shield and war pick nearby. The dwarf is stacking furniture up against a door near the back corner of the room while the human gives him instruction. The genasi quickly sizes up the dwarf as the greater threat and looses his arrow, which lodges square in the dwarf's back. He immediately wheezes and tenses up, but pushes through the pain to look back at the door, only to find no one there.

It is Vyrax's turn!
(Also I realize I forgot to roll for Renaer. He'll act on initiative count 5, after Bearhug. If there are even any foes left by the time his turn rolls around.)
Seeing Topaz retreated back into the room and closed the door after him, Vyrax assumes the fight isn't over yet. "Hold on, let me do something." He says in a voice loud enough for the ones inside to hear. "I'll create a wall to block the door, and they won't be able to follow us!" The others should by now know Vyrax can't really create walls, and that it is only an illusion, but those who are inside the room inside should be surprised if they try to open the door because they'll find that the door is blocked by a wall of crimson-red bricks.
Topaz peeks through quietly, looking for how many people there are. He'll double back and inform the group very quietly about what he had found.
If it's one person, Topaz will move to the door at the end of the hall, open it, and sneak toward where the sleeping guard is.

With a swift pommel strike to the head, the goblin grunts and falls unconscious.
Topaz nods once and turns back. He motions to the group to continue onward.
"Guard's knocked out. That room over there looks like it's full of junk - let's head this way."
He continues northward, a little bit ahead of the rest of the group, scouting. Stealth check: 24

An illusory brick wall covers the door frame from top to bottom, looking extremely life-like!
It is now Kassar and Cami's turns! You both have the exact same initiative and modifier, so it'll be first come first serve!
Kassar draw his scavenged scimitar, holding an attack action if anything comes through the illusory wall.
