"Wait!"Vyrax tried to stop Topaz, but he was too late. Seeing that it's too late to stop combat, Vyrax has no choice but to at least try to make sure he doesn't end with a shortsword through his heart. "Flightless birds, skluking in the night! Go, run away, or get crushed by Ianric's might!" And so, with these two words, he hoped to both deter the wounded Kenku and call Ianric to battle.
Action: Cast Vicious Mockery. The wounded Kenku must succeed a DC 13 Wis save or take 3 psychic damage and have disadvantage on their first attack roll until the end of its next turn.
(Made a character in the campaign for my own rolls so they can be recorded in the log without commandeering one of your characters for a custom roll - the kenku rolled a 15, as you can confirm in the log!)
The kenku seems to brush off the words laced with magic, but Ianric does feel a burst of confidence and adrenaline course through his veins.
(Ianric gets a d6 bardic inspiration to add to an attack roll, saving throw, or ability check.)
It is Cami's turn, followed by Pocket the familiar.

"Are we just attacking without asking-?" In the middle of her question, they mention Xanathar. "... Are they invading this place? That symbol is not Xanathar's..." This knowledge seems to have changed her mind, so she tells her group, "I'll help, just leave one so we can ask questions."
Moving just close enough to get a peek through the door, she fires her crossbow at the nearest enemy, which would be K1.

Then, she gets out of the front door to let the people that would be handling physical combat go first.

The bolt slams into the birdfolk, piercing its leather armor. It lets out a pained squawk, but is still standing.
It is the kenku's turn!
The two injured kenku fall back, drawing shortbows and arrows as they do so. The other two kenku rush forward, headed outside. They shriek like cats in surprise as they burst through the door and come face to face with a superior force. Despite this, they strike at Cami and Topaz in retaliation for the wounds dealt to their comrades.
Cami and Topaz are taken by complete surprise by the wild ferocity of the birdfolk - Cami barely stays conscious after a wild stab pierces her side, but Topaz is run through by the other birdfolk, leaving him sprawled on the ground, unconscious.
Sorry Topaz, bad luck there :( . It is now Bearhug Ianric's turn!

Seeing his friend be stabbed down, Ianric's nostrils flare as he hauls back his morningstar for a backhand swing. However in his rage habit from the tundra kicks in and he drops his weapon to just slam his Goliath fist towards the Kenku's beak. "GET AWAY FROM THEM PIDGEON!"
The fist connects, thrashing the birdfolk. A portion of the beak actually cracks under the pressure of the blow, and blood trickles out from the creature's mouth. It is still standing, however.
Topaz already rolled his death save, so it is now Kassar's turn!

"So much for subtlety..." Taking a few steps back, Kassar sighs as his eyes turns white. "On your feet then, Topaz. And as for these creatures..." He conjures a ball of flame in his hand, throwing it towards the nearest Kenku.
Bonus action: casting Healing Word on Topaz, for 4 point of healing. Action: Produce Flame targeting K2: Attack: 10 Damage: 1

Vyrax turns to the burnt Kenku. "On fire, literally! You'll find your death, momentarily! If you wish to live, surrender immidiately!" The words are magically enhanced to cause the creature to fall unconscious if he doesn't manage to resist them.
Action: Cast Vicious Mockery. The burnt Kenku must succeed a DC 13 Wis save or take 1 psychic damage and have disadvantage on their first attack roll until the end of its next turn. If they drop to 0 HP from this, knock them unconscious instead of kill them.
After the sharp pain on her waist from the blade that got through her armor's weak spot, Cami puts away her crossbow and, realizing that the bleeding on her side hadn't stopped, picks up a set of tools that's always easy to access by her pocket. This strange machine attaches to her glove and, putting it near the spot of the wound, makes it so that it starts closing it through more effort of its own than Cami's limited knowledge of medicine.
5 Hit Points healed.
Pocket, on their turn, moves in to heckle the bird nearest to their master (that'd be K2), with the intent to help the next attack against it, and after bird fights bird is complete, they move north right behind Cami, just a few feet back.

The owl flies at the kenku, screeching, clawing, and flapping its wings, creating an opening for anyone to take advantage of.
It is the kenku's turn!
One of the kenku outside is on its last legs; the other is unharmed and two inside are wounded. The two kenku outside take stabs at Cami and Ianric, while the two other kenku rush forward and try and fire their shortbows through the door at Ianric and Vyrax - however, due to the positioning, Ianric and Vyrax have some cover. (Half cover, specifically - plus 2 to AC.)
Cami takes a brutal stab from the kenku and collapses, unconscious. The kenku arrows get stuck in the door frame, but the barely-conscious kenku does manage to get a good hit in on Ianric.
It is now Ianric's turn!

It is Vyrax's turn!
Four kenku are standing with their blades drawn, now aware of the presence of the group on the warehouse grounds. One is grievously wounded.
"Wait!" Vyrax tried to stop Topaz, but he was too late. Seeing that it's too late to stop combat, Vyrax has no choice but to at least try to make sure he doesn't end with a shortsword through his heart. "Flightless birds, skluking in the night!
