Ianric growls through the pain, taking a steadying breath before launching his leg which was nearly as big and likely heavier than the Kenku in a massive punt to the stomach as the black eyed Goliath sought to end at least one threat to them.
Action: Unarmed Strike at K2 12 Damage if a hit: 10 Bonus Action: Second Wind, healing for: 10
Edit: Going to use my Bardic Inspiration here to hopefully make that 12 better: 2 So a new To hit of 14 (prays to whatever deity their ac kinda sucks)
These creatures, though small, are quite fierce. That ferocity gives Ianric some pause, and he hesitates just a bit as the wounded creature strikes at him, but he recalls his friend Vyrax's words of inspiration and follows through, delivering a punting kick that pummels the kenku, lifting them off the ground and slamming them into the outer wall of the warehouse. The birdfolk slumps against the wall, knocked out cold. The strange goliath then takes a breath and focuses his resolve, giving him an extra boost of stamina to finish this fight.
The arrow just misses, sticking in the door frame inches away from the birdfolk's beaked face. It makes the sound of a laughing crowd, mocking you, despite the extremely precarious situation it is in.
"This is not going well." Kassar grunts, hurling another ball of flame at the remaining Kenku outside the building, then during to his fallen comrade, "Come, Cami... come back to us."
Natural energy surrounds Cami, sealing her grievous wounds and bringing her back to consciousness. The mote of flame strikes the cobblestones at the kenku's feet, dissipating before it can do any damage.

Vyrax decides to take a risk. He runs forward, next to Ianric, pulls out his horn and begins to play a... lullaby? A relaxing tune, one that could make one fall asleep in a few moments. The sound is mostly silent for most, but is intensified inside the warehouse, close to the two Kenku inside.
Move, as seen on the map.
Action: Casting Sleep next to the two Kenku inside, affecting 24 hit points of creatures within 20'.
In the middle of this brutal scuffle, a beautiful, though muted, horn serenade fills Candle Lane. Vyrax's magical melody takes full affect on both kenku inside, as the two birdfolk drop their bows and sink to the floor, completely asleep.
(So, K2 is still alive and undamaged? I thought Ianric was targeting them, and also, that'd mean advantage because of Pocket's help from the last turn.)
After the stab, Cami stands still for a second in complete shock at how hard the hit got her, and, after the dagger is pulled back, she falls to the ground, letting her shield also drop to the floor.
After a little healing, her wound seals and her eyes open. She gets up in a hurry, not even picking up her shield in the process. She's not a coward, but there's an innate sense of self-preservation, and she was about to fall unconscious again if she got hit, so instead of attacking, she just disengages and moves away from the fight (movement goes as seen on the map).
Pocket, on the other hand, has no changes in tactics. The owl just moves in, pesters K2 with hoots and wing flaps, and lets one of the big guys use this help to land the final blow.
(Oh, I think that was my bad. I figured that Ianric was going for the wounded kenku, K3, but mistook it for K2 so I applied the damage to K3. But either way it's okay because....)
Seeing their two companions fall asleep behind them and the other get knocked out cold, the last kenku standing throws down their weapons, raises their hands in the air, and says "Surrender, dogs!" in the voice of what sounds like a dwarf. Despite the aggressive statement, they look like they are surrendering.
Topaz moves toward them, sword in one hand and rope in the other. He starts to tie him up. "You can start by telling us why you've killed those men inside, and where Mister Floon and Mister Renaer are being kept."

Ianric rolls his neck and shakes his fist gently, retrieving and putting his weapon on his belt as he says with his customary smile, but a menacing gleam in his eyes accompanying it ""Or I'm gonna break your beak bit by bit like I did your friend."
The kenku lets out a hiss like a cat, kicking the ground. Then they say something in a deep voice with an Orcish accent: "The Xanathar sends its regards. Zhent scum!" This is followed by another voice, this one reedier and more nasal. "Tie up the pretty boy in the back room! Then follow the yellow signs in the sewers!" Then in a scratchy voice, they say, "No time to loot the place. Just get Neverember to the boss."

"Back room, hm? Good, sounds like he's alive, then... wait. Pretty boy? Singular? Not both of them? So one of them's with the boss, I'm guessing."
Topaz heads toward the back room, looking around for where it might be... as well as for anything else of note. "They did mention looting the place. Something interesting that's being kept here. I wonder..." (Perception: 15)
Topaz, still a bit light-headed from going unconscious just moments before, is unable to find anything of note, even the door to the back room.
Kassar hides the sleeping kenku's weapons and binds them in rope, then inspects the corpses. There are five thugs with winged snake tattoos on their necks, and seven other thugs of unknown affiliation; one, however, does have a tattoo of a circle with ten spokes radiating out from its circumference (see image below). None of them are alive.

Cami puts a hand over her wound. It still hurt quite a bit, but with a heavy sigh, she keeps her head held up high. "Neverember was not the name of the one we were looking for, but it is the name of the one that was taken away from here." She starts moving inside, following Topaz and Kassar, but keeping to the front door, in fear of another threat appearing and knocking her down in one hit. "Our mission should be complete the moment we escort back the man that is here, as that is Floon Blagmaar, the one we're looking for. Hopefully, you all agree that that is our number one priority, yes?"
Cami is in a fragile state, so Pocket, though more fragile than her at all times is quick enough to avoid danger and can be resurrected at the cost of 10 coins different from how many it'd take to get Cami back up again. So, the owl familiar starts flying about, on the lookout for anything important such as the backroom door.
The owl is having trouble finding anything. After a few minutes of searching turn up nothing, there is a thump and a grunt from behind some boxes. Looking close, Pocket notices some boxes are stacked in front of a door. There's rustling coming from the other side.
In response to the noise, Pocket sends a telepathic message to Cami. Knowing better now, the artificer builds the resolve to go and check it herself, calling the others as well. "There's something there. We might have to get ready for another fight." And she doesn't hesitate to start taking the boxes out of the way, though she'd always give someone stronger a chance to take it over if they decided to help.

It is Topaz's turn!
Topaz circles behind Vyrax and fires at the remaining kenku outside, taking advantage of Ianric's proximity to land a clean shot.
