They are 20ft away and closing. Currently they are in the water. There are some trees and such around you and you are all currently on a semidry bit of land.

Seeing the crocs are with range of his throwing axes(20ft), Kazrac will use Two-Weapon Fighting and throw-attack Croc 1 with both Handaxes.
Main Handaxe - To Hit: 7 Damage: 7
Off Handaxe - To Hit: 6 Damage: 2
After he throws his axes, he will move 20ft away from the nearest croc to equip his shield and draw his longsword at the start of his next round. Current AC 16.
Borbin is able to hide behind a nearby tree as it is hard to move quickly in the marsh (difficult terrain) and shoots one of the crocs in the eye.
Kazrac's first axe nails the same crocodile but his second flies past it into the marsh. As you move into the swamp you find it to be hard going but manage to get a bit away from the crocs.
The first crocodile slips under the water. (stealth 10)
The second croc bites at Thalza Attack: 12 Damage: 4
The third croc bites at Wolfgang Attack: 8 Damage: 7

Attack:Attack: 10 Damage: 8
Seeing the Crocodile come at his bad leg, Wolfgang lifts it just in time, as the creature tries to bite him. Taking the step back to counter, he pulls his long sword out of the swamp with both hands. Swinging in an upward motion cutting the Crocdile’s jaw.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Borbin curses this horrible mud and tries to move to some some high ground away from the crocs, if possible. He will ready an action to attack croc 1 if it re-emerges. He will bonus action dodge.
If croc 1 re-emerges, shortbow attack: 7 damage 5
sneak attack if it re-emerges within 5 feet of an ally 2
Thalza leaps out of reach of the crocs jaws at the last second, drops her bow and in a single motion, draws her short sword and attacks. With her other hand, she will take a second back handed swing at the croc (two handed fighting).
With longsword and shield in hand, Kazrac rushes back into the fray (30ft). Unaware of where the croc he wounded is hiding, makes his way to the croc attacking Thalza bring his longsword to bare.
Attack: 9 Damage: 8
(Saving Face Trait)In the company of his companions, he realizes with a hidden enemy among them this attack must connect. "You must die!" (+4 to attack roll. So, new Attack: 13.) If it hits [Green-Flame Blade] does 3 damage to the croc attacking Wolfgang if it is within 5ft.
Wolfgang almost severs the head of the croc in front of him.
Borbin easily shoots the not so hidden crocodile sitting under the water.
Thalza lands a pair of devastating strikes.
Kazrac comes in and his blade dancing with fire slays the croc in front of Thalza and the flame finishes severing the head of the crocodile Wolfgang is fighting.
The last croc, seeing it's companions butchered turns away and slithers back into the swamp.
Wolfgang seeing the last crocodile flee, decides it not worth the chase. “Leave it, we have more pressing matters than a crocodile.” He places the sword back into the swamp using it as a cane. Rubbing his leg he winces in pain “Damn leg...”

Borbin has an arrow drawn for the fleeing croc, but decides it's better to conserve his arrows (18) and lets it swim away. He stows his weapon and squelches back to his companions, picking a leech off his arm in the process. "Are you okay, Wolfgang?" He pulls his map back out of his pouch and after a few moments of silence says, "I don't think it's much farther now, if you can make it a while longer."
(As quick note, you can move 10 hexes a day, with Borbin's aid you passed the survival so you know where you are. It is currently midday. Where are you trying to go?)
(We are trying to head south towards the boneyard. My count is that it is 8 hexes from the turtle. [Can we get there by dark? ...Do we want to get there at dark in case it is something terrible?])
Thalza will resheathe he swords watching the croc slip back into the water and retreat. She picks up her bow and takes count of her remaining arrows (19).
She then looks over the party to make sure everyone made it out okay.
Seeing the last croc with his one of his handaxe still in its hide slip away, Kazrac lets out a sigh, "Oh well, I'm will make for some hunter's campfire tale about finding a croc with an axe."
He stows his weapons and shield and looks at the croc carcasses. "Do we have time to skin them? Would be a waste of meat and hide."
He then begins knocking out some of the croc's teeth with the flat of his axe and puts them in a pouch in his bag.
[I don't see a problem with us traveling in the dark if need be. All of us have darkvision correct?]
“Normally I would join you but time is of the essence. Let us hurry, perhaps a quicker pace will help make up for the lost time?” Wolfgang moves a bit quicker still covering the rearguard.
[Did we want to move at a quicker pace? To get to the bone field faster?]

"I do think we should get a move on. I don't know this marsh at all, but I assume the nastier stuff comes out at night." Borbin takes a look at his map he's making and orients himself, "Should be that way. I'll leave the pace up to you all."
((We all have darkvision, but pitch blackness will still give us disadvantage on perception))
"I think we are safe enough to move at a faster pace until we get close to the boneyard. Then we should slow down in case there is trouble waiting for us."
Thalza will move back to the front of the group to keep an eye on the trail ahead and make sure they stay on the correct path.

"Very well. I will butcher what I can quickly." He takes his handaxe and removes from served-head croc: its legs, head, and thick tail. He places the butchered legs in its jaws and ties the mouth shut with rope; then ties it to his back. Afterward places the thick tail over one of his shoulders. "We will have a fine meal, tonight comrades!"
He follows a few paces behind Thalza as she begins scouting ahead.
Kazrac will be on the lookout for a good piece of wood during their travels to make a tooth-spiked club from the teeth in his bag. (During his downtime.) Nature : 18

Borbin will try to run behind a tree (25 ft) and use his bonus action to hide.
