(I'll take that compromise lol. Can I just add the damage from the second roll? It is a raw 1d6 since it was an off-hand attack and I would need one anyway for the crit.)

Yasei screams in horror of seeing her wakizashi’s scabbard being thrown on the ground. “That’s my soul you’re throwing!” She channels that anger into attacking the remaining want-tea:
Attack 1 (two handed katana): 18 with 16 slashing damage.
After slicing, Yasei hobbles backwards again and spits out “The sword has to be more than a simple weapon; it has to be an answer to life’s questions.”
(AoO: 25, for 9. Forgot the extra 1d4 for the Precognition ability, but I guess that's a totally moot point here! 3 extra damage)
"Clearly, you've never been to a fighting pit. Weapons are more than souls; they are Life and Death incarnate. A weapon's meaning and worth comes at the moment of use, not while it collects dust." Shariel's blade bites deep into the yuan-ti, the retreat causing the edge to twist and rend as it comes out.

Shariel preempts the yuan-ti's retreat with a kick to its knee. The creature stumbles, the attacker drops the borrowed sword and grabs the serpentine cowl. In her mind, the sun is bright in a clear sky, the air oppressive and dusty. A man in a helmet kneels at her feet and a small crowd in a no-name town chant for blood. The elf smiles and happily obliges. The helmeted combatant's head yanks back and a blade is driven down behind his collarbone.
NangNang dances with glee within his host, very obviously pleased with the blood sacrifice.

Clayton nods approvingly as Shariel deals the finishing blow. He stows the sword to his back, which oddly seems to float in place as if magically holstered. However, he quickly falls to a knee as his wounds are taking a toll on him, “Well, good job, y’all. We managed to survive a snake person ambush. Though, I feel like the bigger question is, why, on this green earth, are there snake people!?”
Shariel goes to each body, ensuring the yuan-ti are dead, and begins to pick through pockets and examine the enemies' weapons. For those things she (or NangNang) takes a liking to, she quickly stashes away.
(Nothing official from DM, but I'm going to assume a god of frogmen is interested in shiny, stone, or metal objects of value since they tend to be a bit less common in swamps. Also, if the yuan-ti archer(s) are using longbows or melee weapons with Finesse over 1d6 dmg, I'll take that too)

Yasei hobbles over to her discarded wakizashi and scabbard, gently picks them up, and with a huge grin, places them back in her belt. Her soul is one again.
She then proceeds to walk around to all the dead yuan-tis and decapitates them. Whilst performing this grizzly ceremony, she quietly mumbles honorable blessings on their spirits, praising them for being worthy opponents.
Next, she proceeds to search their bodies for any useful equipment to pillage.
OOC: Does she find the 6-pak of greater healing potions that the yuan-ti were obviously carrying with them?

If you were attacking the Yuan-ti with the lowest HP then you killed it regardless.
OOC: Since I can look on here, the first roll was a 13 and the second was a 19 if that helps

Shariel, you got the NAT20, so describe your killing blow.
I'll be honest, I didn't think you all would survive that fight.
Bravo!

Bumble paws the ground uncomfortably, snorting cinders and flame for another 54 seconds. Bree pats him and says soothing things in his ear hole.
ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he).
Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
Well done everyone.

- Tell me which area you're going to next and i'll present the encounter.

After pocketing 5 of the coins they find, Maldrek curls up and takes a nap next to Bumble, using one of the softer packs as a pillow.
