Marlyth leaves the Solarium (room 9) in order to move to the well-lit Veranda(room 1) and finally she gets outside the house (20 feet south, 10 feet west). Meanwhile, she will evocate Darkness on the Golden Disk so that the entrance of the house is filled with a dark sphere of 15 feet radius which engulfs the creatures within it's area of effect to cause Blinded condition. The Greater Shadow Horror (Shady) can not see through the darkness which will make both Marlyth and Tabaqui invisible and they don't have shadows.
The dark sphere blocks sunlight and casts a very long shadow which should engulf the huge creature so that he's not directly visible to Safeguard(no darkvision, and if there's no other light source), besides the shadow merges with the shadows of other creatures and Greater Shadow Horror can not use the Shadow Stridefeature since the dark sphere is not a creature or an object.

Tabqui uses the distraction to make a sneak attack and darts off into the room to the west.
When Marlyth creates a sphere of darkness, the umbrella creature glides into the room behind Tabaqui.
Morwena moves into the central room, positions herself so she's unseen by Weneon or Calner and casts a spell, reappearing in the room, unseen by the others, obstructed by walls and a bookcase (I think that's what the thing in the middle is. Unless I said otherwise somewhere) and casts a Fireball in the center of the darkness. 36 fire damage, half on DC15 Dex save.

Shady (no possible way an amorphous shadow monsters well being in magical darkness can be assessed by anyone here, except maybe the aberrant mind sorcerer(?) But he's looking pretty rough) claws at whoever he's nearest to in the darkness (Tabaqui).
10 for 19 slashing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened of the horror until the end of the target’s next turn.

Weneon us up. She doesn't see Morwena yet, but she is just on the other side of the small wall in room 2. She did have line of sight to the darkness sphere, but those in it can't see, so they don't know she's there either.
Forgive my hand drawn overlay, the darkness effect was 15ft radius, fireball 20ft, centered on the door. And yes, she can cast fireball into the heart of darkness. (JCraw said so)
(question, aren't there closed double doors between Morena and the center of the darkness?)
If there are, tabaqui couldn't have gotten to room 1 without opening 2 doors, so 2x object interaction on1 turn. I've been playing them as open the whole time.

Following Weneon's mostly unsuccessful attempts at fighting blind, the horror slashes at Weneon (legendary) then on its turn, slashes at Tabaqui, passing trough the rest of the wall (it was partially inside of it, which caused it 5hp damage if you were wondering) then attacks Marlyth with a slash and a bite. he then uses the hide action while in darkness (and this is where I trust you guys not to meta-analysis again) and stalks around the north side of the house, unseen by those still in darkness.)

Here is the map again. Not redrawing just to show Wen in the dark and the Shady out of the dark ro the North. Also, just realized the darkness may not be there after the fireball if Marlyth loses concentration. Might have to retcon slightly.
Somehow, Tabaqui manages to avoid the latest Shady attack in the darkness. Since the darkness was cast, he has been blasted by a fireball, and attacked thrice. He is not really seeing the benefit of the darkness, so he will feel his way toward the exterior door, pass through it, and attempt to exit the darkness outside the building.

Then he puts up another Defensive Field for 8 temp HP since the 1st one broke so easily.
