This thing is obviously insane. Crowfell is going to take advantage of that. Adding his voice telepathically, he's going to say, "They're not demons... the demons are behind them... In the guise of drow... drow... drow..." The spectre needs to make a Wisdom saving throw as Crowfell casts phantasmal force.
The monster laughs inside your minds and you see it's eyes suddenly all focus on Finn: "I don't know, what do YOU think!?" It lets out an evil laugh as it uses its reaction to reflect the spell to Finn instead! (Wisdom save Finn)

Enraged that the Spectator would use an ally's magic in such a way, he screams at the creature, "How dumb do you think I am?" and casts firebolt. Attack 17 damage 10. He then uses action surge to loose another to firebolt attack 9 damage 1.
The spectator growls at the first blast and then it's eyes changed color a bit and a wave rolled out towards Finn intent on causing confusion. (Wisdom save)
Your companions leap into action and manage to send some damage at it, though it's clearly still going strong!
