Deciding the best strategy is to pile buffs on the party's dragonborn, Kairus braves running underneath the enemy {BL-6} and furnishes Yulmiath with arcane wings. Turning to Hun next, Kairus then makes sure that the kobold feels encouraged to wiggle out of his entrapment should Hun decide to attempt an escape (Bardic Inspiration.)
Properly buffed, Yulmiath then flies up to the tendril holding Hun {BI-7} while screaming in Rage. Next, he swings one of his handaxes and cleaves the tendril with one clean cut. (Tendril#3 takes 11 slashing damage and is SEVERED.)
Yulmiath then flies down to catch a dropping kobold and brings him safely down to the ground, dead tendril around him and all. As he flies down, Yulmaith releases a static shock that reaches the tendril holding Mr. Thicc. Despite its erratic movement, the shock hits some sort of nerve and shuts down the appendage completely. (Tendril#4 takes 3 lightning damage and is DEFEATED.)
As the tendril goes limp, one would expect Mr. Thicc to drop to the ground. However, the construct maintains his tight grip on the thing and now swings from side to side in a small arc. In this current situation, Mr. Thicc has no leverage to try and pull the creature down.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Its eye darting around the battlefield, the Stalactite begins its next wave of attacks by extruding four fresh tendrils from its body. Two of them are brand new, two others are replacements for the severed and defeated ones. The latter two come out of the same orifices as the now useless ones, after these are properly discarded as if they were lizard tails. The enemy is now armed with a tendril for each possible target:
(OOC: Please ignore the first two attacks above. Despite having 6 tendrils available, the creature can only attack with 4 of them in a given turn.)
(@Blue: A 23 hits Kairus even if you were to roll a 6 on your Cutting Words d6. You would know this before choosing to use your reaction, so feel free to keep that Bardic die instead.)
The two replacement tendrils apparently need some time to warm up. The other four lash out at the party. The one lashing out at Mr. Thicc simply misses its target, hitting the ground instead. The one that comes for Rhogal bounces off the druid's leather bindings. For a moment, it looks like Hun might be in trouble again, but his faithful construct comes in with a well-timed slap.
Kairus is the only unlucky one this time around. The triton is swiftly scooped up 25 feet into the air. As the bard is reeled up, the creature on the ceiling squeals in pain (Stalactite takes 7 acid damage.)
Mr. Thicc would have fallen to the ground once the tendril he was holding on to was expelled. He'll also need a {DC 12} acrobatics check to avoid falling prone. Regardless, he falls next to Hun and is able to perform his reaction.

(OOC: Other point of clarification as even I missed it, is that the Hun's Harrowing Havoker is a conc. spell that tics damage at the start of each of it turns unless it spends an action to remove the acid or Hun drops conc.)
After taking but a moment to gather his bearings and call out a repair command for Mr. Thicc, Hun's gaze shoots first to the tendrils on the ground and then upwards at the creature itself. "That's... Oh no--Have a care! Not sure how fast those tentacles will regrow. But if it's anything like some kobold clans I know, they'll probably be back within minutes at least!" He called out in a warning. "And hang in there, young blue!" He calls prior to Rhogal and Krodhen's side and firing up a quickly adjusted frost fire bomb for the main mass.
Action(Hun): Cast (Cantrip)Frostfire Bomb at main body. Con Save(DC 14) or take 7 Cold Damage + have disadvantage on its next attack. (Burning Bardic Inspiration for the added damage)
Bonus Action(Hun): Command Mr. Thicc to repair itself.
Movement(Hun): To BN-6.
Movement(Mr. Thicc): Stand up and move to BL-7(or as close it as possible without standing in shroom patch)..
Now better situated, Hun warns his friends of the speed with which the enemy can regrow or produce additional tendrils and launches another load of his trusted frostbite in a bottle. The pointy creature cannot resist its effects even though it is covered in stone-like skin. (Stalactite takes 8 cold damage.)
In the meantime, as both master and construct move, Mr. Thicc produces his own repair tools and solders some of his own protective metal plating. (Mr. Thicc recovers 9 HP.)
Fearing another companion will soon be reeled upward, Krodhenreadies a swipe of his blade should his fear materialize.

Rhogal tries to activate his reliable necrotic spores but misjudges the distance separating him and the target of his spell.
Taking advantage of his slippery scales, Kairus wiggles back and forth until a bit of extra room is created between himself and the tendril holding him. A second later, the triton slips downward, falling over twenty feet before hitting the ground.
-> Fall damage: 11 (11) (Kairus takes 11 bludgeoning damage.)
-> Kairus' acrobatics against falling prone {DC 12}: 11 (11)
-> Disregard the rolls above. Hun reaction-casts Feather Fall on Kairus.
The injured triton limps around a corner {BM-3} as Yulmiath flies up and attacks the enemy's main mass with two handaxes. One of the attacks finds a way through the creature's stony carapace. (Stalactite takes 10 slashing damage.)
A slightly frosted tendril attempts to wrap itself around Krodhen but the paladin sees it from a mile away. He simple sidesteps it. Although the tendril aiming at Hun is supposedly healthy, it does a horrible job of attacking the kobold, hitting only air. Speaking of air, a winged Yulmiath shifts his weight to the left midair and avoids a third tendril.
It seems it is Rhogal's turn to be taken for a ride. Krodhen was ready for such an occasion and swings his blade at the dwarf-snatching tendril. It fails to be a clean cut by the smallest of margins. Up goes the druid. (Tendril#1 takes 9 slashing damage.)

Hun growled and hissed and swiped his shield about to ward off the creature's tendrils out of annoyance more than anything. But as much as he'd like to bark out more warnings or commands, he'd take his own advice and limit his words to the more clipped commands in more softly spoken draconic to activate the various accouterments on his person or walking about on their own.
His very focus now on hampering the creature with frostier delights or seeing any tendrils to come his way is rend asunder... much to Rhogal's perhaps later chagrin should he ever free himself of the tendrils.
