Now satisfied with being able to see the target, Rhogal moves closer to the action (to EK-29) takes out some hair ice and weaves it into a sharp blade. Which he throws at the giant gastropod.
(@Ori: I managed to pick the d20 over the d100 in the OOC Chat before seeing the rolls above, so it is only fair we go with that 3. I am more than willing to let you choose between high or low rolls, so this works on your favor. Separately, the Snail's light does not count as the charmed. Finally, if you are throwing your weapon, you have disadvantage from the enemy being within 5ft of you, so we'll go with the first of your rolls. Thankfully, that's still the Nat 20.)
Hun finally has a chance to move his gaze away from the snail's shell and notices that the beast has inadvertently helped him dig for his treasure! (Rounds to free the statuette: 1/3).
As Mr. Thiccdistracts the enemy, Hun looks back at it and decides it is his turn to incapacitated it in a way. The kobold lets out a draconic roar that causes the snail to shiver momentarily. He then follows that up with a stab of his spear-like weapon, which pokes something important withing the gooey creature. (Flail Snail takes 10 magical piercing damage.)
Not wanting to run the risk of catching his companions in friendly fire, Kairus opts for the tried and true method of gigantifyingYulmiath. To spur him on, the bard delivers a few inspiring words as well (Bardic Inspiration.)

(@MuggsHill: Where is that second d6 worth of damage coming from? The only thing I can think of is Savage Attacker, but that does not apply here. I'll happily add that 6 extra damage back in there if appropriate, but I wanted to check first.)
Krodhen continues to move toward the fight. He is out of the goo but still has to content with jagged rocks and stalagmites on his way onto the center platform (difficult terrain.) Once again, he is not able to move as quickly as he had hoped {EJ-35}. Nonetheless, the snail is now within his javelin's range and, this time, the paladin does not miss. (Flail Snail takes 15 piercing damage.)
Also having to contend with the sticky ground, Rhogal cannot move as far as he was expecting {EM-29}. Aiming at the far side of the snail so that his companions don't have to deal with the exploding icy shards, the druid nicks the creature with a glancing blow. (Flail Snail takes 8 magical piercing damage.)
As the projectile travels past the snail and explodes, the icy barbs are redirected by the sudden shine of light flickering from the creature's shell. Those near the snail suffer the consequences:

Finally out of his stupor, Yulmiath focuses on the snail. Those were a couple of nasty hits, if he's going to get one of his own in, he's glad he's doing it as a collosal dragonborn! To add a little extra spice, he decides to rage, time this escargo was escargone!
Bonus Action: RAGE!

(OOC If still getting advantage from Hun, here's another attack roll 25 and the extra from being a big boy - 3. Also Yully's storm aura bites. The snail needs to succeed on a DC13 DEX check or take 1 lightning damage, half damage on a success.)

The spell has clearly been written with a medium creature in mind. Should you cast Ice Knife on a Tarrasque, I doubt anyone would claim everyone within 5ft of it would need a save. The Snail is a large creature, so you can aim at a 5ft chunk of it without having players adjacent to that square, like {EE-32} in our case here. I am okay with not having you guys roll a save in this case.
Yulmiath is the last one to join the party, but once he does so, he is enlarged and presented with a reeling target. He screams himself into a rage and slices a chunk off the snail. The wound is then immediately hit by a spark of lightning, albeit not as accurately as the dragonborn had hoped. (Flail Snail takes 17 slashing and lightning damage.)
Survival instinct kicks in and the snail completely retreats into its shell. It clearly benefits from enhanced defenses in this stance, at the cost of posing much less of a threat (its flails also retreated into the shell.) Is the snail yielding or is this its next trick?
(Hun, Kairus, Krodhen, and Rhogal may take their turns.)

Even without nearly getting fully skewered by a stray ice shard, Hun found himself barking out. "Mind the magic! The shells got some kinda of spell reflection ability!"He quietly adds, "Which would be very valuable and with a bit of jury rigging, I could turn it into some kind of tower shi--"He shakes his head curtly and then cursed his breath. "We don't have for this! Keep at the bastard least it stall us out. We don't got much time! Mr. Thicc! Wreck it!"
With that, Hun takes his own suggestion and struck in unison with Mr. Thicc, hoping to hammer and break through a singular point and minimize damage on the overall shield.
Judging it all to be some sort of ruse, Hun shouts a warning to the rest of the group and commands Mr. Thicc to attack the shell almost indiscriminately. They aim for the same spot and the tactic works. Mr. Thicc cracks the side of the pretty shell and Hun pokes the soft insides with lethal force. The entire group can see the snail shell settling lower and its grip on the ground loosening. Nonetheless, it remains standing. (Flail Snail takes 23 force and magical piercing damage and is DEFEATED.)
With sword in hand, Krohen had remained ready to strike as well. He judges this to be unnecessary now.
The Snakers' problems are not over just yet. What only Kairus had previously noticed is now more apparent to all: The rumbling beneath the earth is getting gradually more intense. Whatever hides in those holes in the ground was far away to begin with, but it is undoubtedly getting closer.

This time while the kobold worked on trying to free the statue with what tools he had on hand, the construct would try to fish around and slather its hands in the snails innards(tilting the shield if need be/possible) as internal mechanism began auto-repairs, before then going over and assisting his master in slathering the statue in the gunk while the kobold worked.
"Flipping gosh it got it wedged in their good -- Rest of ya! Get over and here and help Mr. Yully out. Or try to grab some of the other offerings to boot. Quickly now, quickly! No telling when the punks responsible for the offering will come back, but best not to take our chances." He asserts while working away at the statue.
