(@Ori: I assume Hun is still mounted on Mr. Thicc.)
Kairus suggests a quick rearrangement of the group's positions and waits his turn to move so no one is accidentally caught in his ongoing storm wind.Rhogal and Krodhen move as needed for the bard's plan to be achieved, and both remain ready to strike should the Xorn reappear from the hole, assuming it would do so closer to the northern end of the alcove.
Getting a partial answer to his questions, Yulmiath does not hesitate in taking a attacking position opposite of the party's paladin's. Hun also assumes a ready position in the southern end of the sculpture alcove, but not before lecturing the rest of the team. The entire party apart from Kairus now flanks the opening on the wall, separated by a 10ft-wide gust of wind.
A second or two later, the Xorn busts out of the ground on the other side of the hole, squeezes through the gap, lands just inside the treasure room closer to the southern end of the alcove, and then moves out of the direct path of the wind tunnel by cornering itself next to the bas-relief {LX-89}. (Note that it did not start its turn in the spell's range, since it was underground.)
While the other-planary beast makes its move, Yulmiath and Mr. Thicc get a chance to deliver their attacks. Rhogal and Krodhen are a few feet too far to deliver melee strikes. Hun's vial-magic does little against the earth creature's strong constitution. In the end, only Yulmiath delivers a solid hit. (Xorn takes 11 magical slashing damage.)
The creature then immediately retaliates against the barbarian:
(OOC: I don't want to edit the previous post as to not run the risk of messing up the rolls, so I'll post this correction here: Rhogal had prepared a ranged spell attack, not a melee one, so his spell would successfully trigger. That said, an 11 misses the target.)
Focused more on its movement than on its attacks, the Xorn lands only a single strike on the dragonborn's scales. "There are more of you deceivers!" it exclaims in Terran, which is promptly translated to the group by Kairus. (Yulmaith takes 7 slashing damage.)
The Xorn remains above ground, in plain view, one of its three eyes fixated on all the treasure in the room.

"Aw...Did not think stupid stomps can count." Kairus cancelled the useless wind current and instead sent at Xorn a bolt (stepping a bit aside if necessary for the clear aim):
Attack: 15 Damage: 6
He had the time to elaborate to Hun, though. "Why would that thing need an entrance? It swims through the stone! Unless it's a very special stone here... And we did not have time to find how to close the "door" the stomp kept attacking. Maybe touch the mouth with the amulet from this side?"
(If there is movement left, Kairus would walk to the mouth by Rhogal and Krohden avoiding Xorn's AoO range and present or touch it with the amulet)
Yulmaith looks the Xorn up and down. It's big. But they've felled bigger.
That last hit stung, and in truth, Yulmaith cannot quite summon up hs inner reserves of anger for this fight. Still, he's a big, burly dragonborn. And he's got a greataxe to swing.
Attack: 18 Damage: 15

Hun interrupts his own grumbling and quiet grousing to bark out, "Could be enchanted! But the more likely 'cause is that any elemental ties the stonework might've had were damaged or severed during its creation, as I doubt they had a mind to hire a druid to help maintain that connection. And without it, the Xorn can't properly merge with it." The kobold continues his explanation while scrabbling down and repositioning for the moment.
"Or to put it another way, if it tried I estimate it'a be like Rogaine trying to swim through mud with glass mixed in, or you trying to swim through ice. Sure, the element of earth and water is present in both, but naturally there'd be some difficulty!" The last word is thrown out with extra omph as he hurled another vial the Xorn's way. Knowing or believing however that it would be enough, Hun then bids Mr. Thicc to re-execute plan "slow and steady", prompting the construct to rush over and try and grapple the Xorn.
Movement(Hun): Disembark and Move to LU-84.
Action(Hun): Cast (Cantrip)Frost Fire Bomb at Xorn. Con Save(DC 14) or take 4 Cold damage and additional debilitation.
Bonus Action(Hun): Command Mr. Thicc to Wrastle the Xorn!
Krodhen's swing is completes an imperfect arc. The weapon does not make contact with the Xorn's body. Kairus follows that with an attack of his own, but the bard's crossbow bolt fails to find its earthy target. Rhogal attacks too, but via his reliable spores, damaging the more fleshy parts of the creature (i.e., an eye). (Xorn takes 6 necrotic damage.)

(@Ori: I'm moving Mr. Thicc to {LW-88} because {LW-90} is on the other side of the wall.)
While this is happening, Hun's voice takes over the background. The artificer theorizes on the reason the Xorn has remained in the open while in the treasure room, but Hun is capable of multitasking too. Another frosty vial flies but crashes harmlessly against the foe' strong hide. There is a silver-lining, however. The effort serves to distract the Xorn enough for Mr. Thicc to overpower it.
Yulmiath then gets a chance to retaliate against the creature who most recently hurt him but finds that his axe bounces off the enemy's rocky form.
The Xorn returns the favor, distributing its attacks between Yulmiath and Mr. Thicc. Krodhen would have moved out of the way so Mr. Thicc could get in there, so the half-orc is exposed to an opportunity attack as well.
Krodhen puts his shield to good use in blocking the creature's toothy-maw attack. Mr. Thicc also efficiently avoids a follow-up bite attempt.
Leaving himself quite open after a failed attack, Yulmiath can do little but suffer the consequences. Three swifts slashes come at him and rob the dragonborn of his consciousness. (Yulmiath takes 22 slashing damage and is now unconscious, incapacitated, and prone.)
(Everyone, that is, Krodhen, Kairus, Rhogal, Hun, and Yulmiath, can all take their turns. Unless healed or stabilized, Yulmiath needs to roll a DEATH saving throw.)
If only to keep up the distraction, Hun continued to throw vials at the Xorn while retreating a few steps away from the fray, grumbling about something or other. "Take it to the ground, Mr. Thicc! And then--"The Kobold glances about, and in finally noting the blood splatter looks about the entrance with renewed interest. "I wonder.... Mr. Thicc! Start bringing it closer to LQ-82!" He adds, earning an affirming whistle of steam from the construct.

"Man overboard! I mean, down!" Kairus corrected himself sending another bolt into the massive and so pleasantly open "stomp" over the fell body of Yulmiath.
Attack: 15 Damage: 8
"Someone, get him up!" Kairus would gladly be that someone, but right now all he could do is to send the body flying (literally) or make it invisible. Neither seemed like a good option.
Kairus calls the team's attention to a fallen Yulmiath, and both Krodhen and Rhogal respond. The paladin {LW-87} touches his fallen comrade and dispenses some of his healing pool onto the dragonborn (Lay on Hands: 5 HP) while the druid {LX-87} force-feeds a healing mushroom to his patient. (Yulmaith recovers 10 HP.)
In the meantime, Kairus releases another crossbow bolt in the Xorn's direction but, this one too, misses the target. It hits the corner instead. Hun is a bit luckier with his own projectile this time, successfully placing some frost over one of the creature's three shoulders. (Xorn takes 6 cold damage.)
Following his orders, Mr. Thiccshoves the Xorn to the ground. The creature is now prone. After that, Mr. Thicc drags the Xorn to a more central position {LU-85}.
