Reeling from the Xorn's assault, Yulmiath lashes out with his greataxe.
Attack: 25 Damage: 17
Action:
"Why is everything here made of rock?!"
Yulmiath takes another swing at the Xorn, following up on his previous attack.
Attack: 19 Damage: 8
(OOC Expending BI to make sure one of these attacks lands! 2 to the attack roll.)
Bonus Action:
His storm aura mimics his frustration at the Xorn, doubling down and looking to cause some hurt. Xorn needs to succeed on a DC13 DEX check or take 5lightning damage. Half damage on a save.

The simple solution did not help and Kairus was getting angrier. "Curse your name and your family!" He did not exactly know the name of the monster but his curse was very genuine nevertheless.
The only bright spot in all this was Yulmiath's mighty attacks and Kairus expressed his happiness with another encouraging shout "Yessss! Get that earthworm, Yul!" (another Bardic Inspiration on Yulmiath)
(Cutting Words for Xorn's save for this roll if he seems to make it: 3, should he fail anyway, CW is kept for Xorn's attack that could hit anyone, not only Kairus)
OOC: Krodhen had moved to engage (CD98) last round - can I assume that he made it there on his turn, even if that meant moving around the swarm of spiders (but not out of melee)
Seeing the lack of impact that attacks are having, Krodhen swings mightily at the creatures back (?) his attack guided by a little divine inspiration "This thing looks tough!"
Longsword Attack: 25 Damage: 5 Advantage roll (just in case) 25
Assuming that roll hits, Krodhen is somewhat surprised to feel a surge of radiant energy pulse through his sword arm to deal an additional 8 radiant damage (Divine Smite) that pulses into the wound as his sword finds purchase
The paladin himself then puts his vow to the test with a swing of his longsword. A ray of light accompanies the blade and ends up delivering most of the damage. (Xorn takes 10 slashing and radiant damage.)
(@MB: By the time you attack the creature in your turn, it is already prone, so here's another attack roll to account for advantage: 9 (9). )
Hun takes full responsibility for adding another enemy to the board and tells the others to focus on the bigger threat. Showing yet another of his over-engineered tricks, the kobold attempts to release a cooling foam onto the multitude of tiny spiders but the mechanism fails to release the substance.
Meanwhile, Mr. Thicc performs an incredible feat of strength and forces the stone and earth creature on its side (Xorn can't beat a 24.)
Yulmiath, who had just recently attacked a still-standing enemy, now takes advantage of its new precarious position to deliver another attack. Feeling inspired by Kairus' encouragement, the dragonborn strikes true a second time. As before, the accompanying static electricity finds the path of least resistance to be the ground near the creature. (Xorn takes 12 slashing damage.)
Upping his insult-based magical efforts, Kairuscurses the three-armed monster. It seems the bard is the only one having any luck with offensive spells in this fight so far. The triton celebrates by renewing his inspiring words aimed at Yulmiath(Bardic Inspiration).
By the time the spell clings to the alien creature, as well as the spiders, Eeyal is ready to launch another crossbow bolt:

Lying on its side and unable to move, the surprised creature lashes out at Mr. Thicc. The irony in it being manhandled by a living assembly of metal is lost on the creature.

The terrifying creature starts to look less terrifying as it trashes about but is unable to hit Mr. Thicc even once.

"Frickity Frack! Come on you piece of junk!" Hun starts slamming the head of the transformed spear into the nearby cave wall a few times, hoping to shake whatever misbehaving component back into place."Alright! Let's try this again! Mr. Thicc! Make sure to hold it there and give it a good hammer head whacking!" He called out to the construct, though hardly spared it a look while trying to brush away spiders. Eventually though, he finds an opportunity to try and hose them down again with coolant as Mr. Thicc meanwhile went about executing the next command.
Mr. Thicc's helmet begins to faintly glow from raw arcane power leeched from the surroundings, before it brings its head down hard on the Xorn, releasing that energy in a sudden burst.
Action: Cast Nitro Foam on spiders, inflicting 3 of Cold Damage on a failed Con Save(DC 14).
Bonus Action: Command Mr. Thicc to Attack! Force Rend - Attack: 16 Damage: 6 of Force.

Working in tandem with Yul, Krodhen looks for openings between the mighty swings of the barbarian, but ultimately fails to have his blade strike home this round
The monster was (sort of) taken care of... To a degree, at least, and Kairus tried to shoo the spiders that ("stupid insects!") attacked Hun instead of the obvious enemy. He hissed at the cloud of spiders adding in a normal slightly exciting tone a phrase for Hun too. "Hang on, Grandpa, I'll cleanse you of these parasites!"
He hoped Hun got it right and would re-double his team efforts to beat down the monster.
Joining the fray, Rhogal moves to one of the little bit of space he can squeeze into near the multi-armed monster. As he does, some spores kick up and gravitate toward the spiders on Hun.
Halo of Spores (con save DC13): 3 or no damage on success.
Now by the Xorn, he brings his glowing quarterstaff down on the creature.
Rhogal charges forward toward the larger enemy but is sure to activate some of his invisible spores as he passes by the tiny spiders. In his rush, the druid seems to mistime the activation of the spores in such a way that they do not touch the spiders during the short second they are active.
Now focused on the next target, Rhogal brings down his Shillelagh with powerful intent. This target he does not miss. (Xorn takes 10 magical bludgeoning damage.)
Krodhen is next to attack the prone creature, but his blade slides across its tough rock surface with no effect.
Hun troubleshoots his foam-realizing mechanism on the go and aims it at the spiders again once he can hear the foaming agent spurting outward. The tiny arachnids cannot avoid the cooling substance. (Swarm of Spiders takes 5 cold damage.)
Mr. Thicc continues to hold the enemy down and, after charging his dome, attempts to headbutt his opponent. One of the creature's arms moves to block the attempt successfully.
Yulmiath is next to attack the nearly defenseless enemy. He delivers an unforgiving blow with his greataxe and, this time, his electric discharge finds its intended target. (Xorn takes 10 slashing and lightning damage.)
(@MB You rolled a crit, so go ahead and keep you Bardic Inspiration.)

Disobeying the kobold's earlier instructions, Kairus turn his full attention to the mound of spiders bothering said kobold. They are the target of the bard's third different insult-based spell. It is so effective that the tiny animals flee from the scene {CH-100}. (Swarm of Spiders take 10 psychic damage.)
-> Hun and Krodhen may perform a opportunity attack each against the Swarm of Spiders.
Eeyal watches as the spiders move closer to the cave's exit but avoid going outside. She shakes her head and releases another bolt at the main enemy, even if the creature is a bit harder to aim at in its state.
Satisfied with his success, Kairus inspires Hun to possibly also turn his attention to the Xorn (Bardic Inspiration).
(OOC: Hun and Krodhen's possible opportunity attacks may affect whether or not the spiders get a turn, so I'll pause here until we can resolve those reactions.)
