Rhogal moves closer to the middle of the battlefield. He takes out a handful of hair ice and spins it in the air as he cries "Effusa!" as it freezes some air into a dagger and ends it to a small cluster of tribesmen (target is tribesman at DA-88).
A couple of the enemies come a bit too close to Kairus for comfort. Focusing on one of them, the bard sends dissonant whispers into his mind in hopes the tribesman will run away in confusion. The spell works like a charm, not only sending the hunter away {DC-70} but also forcing blood to leak from his ears and nose. (Tribesman#1 {CW-76}->{DC-70} takes 13 psychic damage.)
A natural multitasker, Kairus finds a moment to encourage Eeyal to fight on (Bardic Inspiration).
Rhogal does the opposite, purposefully moving closer to the hunters {CW-82}. He freezes some mushrooms and launches the resulting ice knife at a nearby cluster of enemies. The blade sinks into the targeted hunter's gut before bursting in a hundred sharp crystals of ice. The burst not only damages the target some more, but also catches his two nearby fellows. (Tribesman#10 {DA-88} takes 15 piercing cold damage, Tribesman#11 {CZ-87} takes 6 cold damage, Tribesman#9 {DB-88} takes 6 cold damage.)
Hun also takes a few steps forward, making sure to now engage the enemies in close-quarters combat. Before plunging his yklwa into one of the hunters, the artificer tries to belch draconic fire. He quickly finds out that instead he released a frightening roar... not what he was aiming for but not bad either (Draconic Cry). Three nearby tribesmen shake on their feet, momentarily considering whether they have engaged a wyrmling by mistake. Then, comes the stab which puts a heavily injured hunter out of his misery. (Tribesman#13 {CW-89} takes 13 magical piercing damage and is DEFEATED.)
Mr. Thicc moves even closer to his master and maintains his defensive stance. Feeling encouraged, Eeyal reloads her crossbow and pulls the trigger. She is now aiming at the hunter who is coming for her:

(@MB: If you look closely at the cannibals' attacks, the one who attacked Yulmiath with a melee attack actually missed. That's the one whose attack was named "Melee Spear" instead of "Thrown Spear" back in post #1436. Since Vengeful Assault specifically calls Yulmiath to retaliate against an enemy who damaged him and is within range of his own weapon, then I am afraid he cannot take that reaction as the triggering conditions were not met.)
Yulmiath looks to finish the job he started. Bringing his axe down once more, the dragonborn completes the bifurcation of the enemy in front of him. A small arc of electricity jumps onto one of the halves but it is clearly superfluous at this point. (Tribesman#15 {DD-84} takes 18 slashing damage and is DEFEATED.)
Krodhen turns to face an approaching enemy {CU-84} and attacks with his longsword:
-> Longsword(Bless) vs Tribesman#17 {CT-85}: Attack: 11 Damage: 7 (11,7)
Only the tip of the paladin's sword makes contact with the hunter, enabling her flimsy hide armor to do its jobs.
A different command is shouted and the cannibals' tactic changes a bit. Each hunter removes a second spear from their hide harness and most of them move to engage their main quarry in melee combat. Even the one who ran away from Kairus turns around and returns to the fight, joining a few others in launching their fresh spear instead. The unconscious warriors remain out of combat:
Kairus sidesteps the spear launched at him by the hunter whose ears and nose are bleeding.
Eeyal turns her shell and lets it deflect the incoming projectile.
The hunters' tactical switch pays off. Seven of the eight spears thrust into Yulmiath find purchase and deal enough damage to rob the dragonborn of his consciousness. The barbarian falls to the ground, unable to keep hold of his weapon. Although Yulmiath maintains his enlarged size, his dropped greataxe does not. The cannibals roar in cheers, celebrating bringing down a large dragon! (Yulmiath takes 23 piercing damage and must start rolling DEATH saving throws on his next turn.)
-> Yulmiath's Rage subsides.
Mr. Thicc once again deflects the attacked aimed at him but, having failed to prepare to defend his master this time, is only able to watch as Hun's blood hits the ground. (Hun takes 3 piercing damage.)
Krodhen's armor comes to the paladin's rescue once more.
Rhogal deflects a flying spear with his hardened staff.
And now they ganged up on Yulmiath! "Raise Yul! An kill them all!" Kairus' voice covered the whole battlefield, bringing hope to the desperate! In addition to the hope, he weaved in some magic too. And to make his position about the attempt to kill the group abundantly clear, sent a bolt at the already bleeding cannibal.

Still reeling from both the cry and spike of pain, Hun focuses up hearing more than seeing the Dragonborn fall. "How dare you!?" He roars as he once more lashes out at the next closest tribesman, and intentionally at a low angle to take out certain unmentionables if at all possible! Which with success he'd add, "Say goodbye to your family pearls you cretins! 'cause I'm taking it all! Mr. Thicc! You do the same! Leave no survivors!"
At the command the construct's eyes turn red as he too tried to dish out punishment, then adjust his position as needed to at least somewhat protective overwatch of Hun.

While being poked by spears from every direction, Yulmiath manages to swing his axe one more time before falling unconscious. One unlucky tribal warrior pays the price. (Tribesman#8 {DD-85} takes 10 slashing damage.)
Kairus corrects the unfavorable circumstance almost immediately. Another set of encouraging words leave the bard's mouth, though this time they are laced with healing magic. Still prone, Yulmiath opens his eyes.
Kairus' hands had left his cittern hang by its strap while reaching for his crossbow on a second strap. A pre-loaded bolt is released but it flies over the targeted hunter's shoulder in a similar fashion as the his own spear had done a moment ago.
Noticing Yulmiath's predicament, Rhogal lends a hand by getting the attention of one of the hunters surrounding the dragonborn. The druid sends some clinging spores to distract said hunter. (Tribesman#4 {DB-82} takes 4 necrotic damage.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Hun loses his composure upon hearing the large thud caused by the barbarian's fall. The kobold clips off some delicate appendages from the nearest male cannibal and orders Mr. Thicc to go on the offensive. Hun knew this wasn't likely to be a fatal attack, but he is trying to prove a point. (Tribesman#12 {CX-89} takes 11 magical piercing damage.)
Mr. Thicc tries to rend the life out of this very same tribesman, but finds his grip lacking in the moments that follow his eyes turning red.
Eeyal is not much of a warrior, but she is capable of reloading her crossbow and squeezing the trigger as needed:
Yulmiath has kept his enlarged size but his greataxe has not. instead of picking up his preferred but relatively small weapon back up, the dragonborn springs upright with a still-enhanced hand axe being pulled from his belt. He is sure to roar himself back up too (Rage).
Picking a new target at random in his battle-rage, Yulmiath slashes a severely wounded enemy and claims another life. A spark of energy flies at the same target but there is no life left in him. (Tribesman#10 {DA-85} takes 10 slashing damage and is DEFEATED.)
Krodhen continues to battle against the one hunter already engaged in combat with him:
-> Longsword(Bless) vs Tribesman#17 {CT-85}: Attack: 12 Damage: 11 (12,11)
Krodhen's slash just barely overpowers the cannibal's weak armor but the sharpness of the blade is enough to spray her blood far. (Tribesman#17 {CT-85} takes 11 slashing damage.)
Another command is shouted in an unknown language and the cannibals' charge forward as needed. Those in need of a fresh weapon reach for a third and final spear from their hide harness and also move to engage their targets in melee combat, pairing up in what is clearly a trained tactic. Two move up to Kairus, while other pairs gang up on Krodhen and Hun. The hunter Rhogal had distracted breaks rank along with two others to engage the druid in close-quarter combat. Four others continue their assault on Yulmiath. The unconscious warriors remain out of combat:
