Something shifted inside Grzak when the bugbear willingly impaled itself on his sword just to strike its own comrade. Madness, vicious, Glorious! Surely this creature deserves a death worthy of securing its place in eternal battle alongside Hruggek or whichever god this magnificent creature worshipped.

Grzak continues his attack against the bugbear he has already wounded, fully appreciating the tenacity it is showing. Truly a worthy foe. Only after this opponent is down will he turn his attention on other enemies.

The group charges in, pushing the door open and accidentally hitting one of the thugs, who hits the wall and stands there, dazed. There are 3 other thugs sitting around a table passed out, half-full mugs of mead and playing cards in front of them. In the corner, two bugbears slowly stand up, apparently having been sleeping.
Gabriel lays his hand on his wound, channeling the divine healing of Torm he heals what he can (10hp) feeling better, he turns to the rest of the men.
"Your leader is in chains. You are no longer welcome in Phandalin. Leave now without your weapons and repent your misdeeds and we will spare you. If you will not leave, then there is always my brother in arms axe." He says the last part with a grim, hard smile.
“Yes, please stand down.” Kathrine says, once again looking between the still-living bandits. “We will defend ourselves, as you can see, which will not end well for you.”
"Very good." Kathrine says with a friendly smile. "Now why don't you tell us where everyone else is holed up, so we don't have to search them out and have more of these sorts of surprise meetings." She glances to the dead bugbears. "We also need to drag those to the ravine, so our new friend can have the snack I promised it..."

The bugbear manages to force Grzak to a knee, before the half-orc recenters his fury and throws it off, returning to his feet.
Alarion sighs, but whips his wand from his side, flinging shining balls of light at the two bugbears. (Magic Missile)

Kathrine is up!
Kathrine casts bless on Gabriel, Grzak, and herself. This means Gabriel and Grzak now both have 2d4 they can add to various items.

The sword slices into the bugbear and cuts it near in half, the quickly lifeless body falling to the ground. Gabriel is up!

The bugbear stumbles and starts running for the door. Alarion follows it with a firebolt.
