Barkas shudders at the images. "He's showing me, in his mind, there are undead here, skeletons, ghouls and something else, a ghost or some such creature. Be on guard everyone. Let's press on, if there is anything else Elonast shares with me, I will let you know." Barkas makes a perch out of the upper portion of his back pack. "Are you tired? Rest on my back, I will carry you. If you see anything, let me know!" He pats the area encouraging Elonast to land up there.
Barkas gets ready to go. He turns at the door with the tiefling. "Did you know him? I'm glad you sent me your message and that you are free!"

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Matthias would sneak around as the group is speaking with Elonast and scamper back to Cell C to the body of the tiefling. With a shortsword in his left hand, he'd quickly remove the silver chain of Asmodeus and stash it in his pocket. He'd immediately back-out, keeping an eye on the body and keeping what this tiefling had to have looked like when it was alive for future reference.
(Assuming the party will now move as mentioned below. If anything else needs to take place in the dungeon area, however, we can fill that in)
Returning to the room where the skeleton attack occurred, the party circles around the pillar and ascends the steps leading to another large open area. Upon reaching the top of the stairs, all of you hear a voice from the darkness that whispers with the dry rattle of death and malice.“By mistake or by foolishness, you have come too far. Your soul will be used to feed my endlessness.”
Elonath, who now sits atop Barkas's pack, hisses loudly in response to the voice. Whoever is speaking, however, makes no appearance, leaving you to believe that the voice is triggered by some unseen source of magic.
The party now faces two separate passageways if they are to continue moving forward...
Elonast, relying on telepathic images again, places two pictures in everyone's mind. The first is of a room filled with stalactites, water dripping rapidly from all of them. The second is a room filled with pinkish-purple crystals that cover the ceilings and the walls.
From the northern passageway comes the faint sound of water droplets, suggesting that route will lead to the stalactite-filled room.
Faloniir, leading the way into the southern room, sees precisely what Elonast portrayed: hundreds of large pink and purple crystals protrude from the walls and ceiling. Nothing else seems to be in the room.
Eldeth follows the others in. Do any of the crystals appear to be emanating magic? And with her background working with jewels, does she recognize the crystals at all?
"Aren't those the same kinds of crystals that were in that cell with the dagger? Are they worth anything or are they products of the lich..?" He'd mutter as he continued to move along ahead, bow in-hand.
The party passes through the crystal-filled room and comes to large stone door, which is carved in the image of a kraken pulling two halves of a broken ship into the sea.

"Well isn't this charming." Matthias admires the stonework of the door, attempting to figure out if this was possibly done by the lich or possibly a group of cultists who previously occupied this cave. He'd move himself near the opening of the door, exchanging his bow for his shortsword and attempts to open the large door quietly.

“You could sell them for a couple copper, maybe,” Eldeth says of the crystals. “Pretty, but that’s it.”She’ll investigate the door for signs of magic. She’ll also put her ear against it and listen to see if she can hear water on the other side.
Barkas conjures an image of the wooden chest between two pillars in his mind, asks Elonast "Is it this way? (points to the door with the Kraken) "Or that way?" (points north and to the way we came from).
Neither Faloniir nor Matthias deduce much by studying the door, and Matthias's attempt to open the door is fruitless. Eldeth, however, sees more evidence of conjuration magic coming from the door.
As the party considers its next course of action, Elonath impresses another image on the minds of each party member: spectral tentacles reaching out from the door.
In reply to Barkas, Elonath motions with one of his wings toward the kraken-adorned door.

Matthias would instinctively leap backward upon getting the image in his head, drawing his second shortsword and would anticipate any dangers coming from the stone door, panting heavily. After a few seconds if nothing were to happen, he'd let out a huff and switch back to his bow. He'd turn to the right and look down the path, speaking up before sneaking in that direction, keeping an eye for traps or minions."Thank you for looking out, Elonath. Though we still have another path to investigate."

Five doors and nothing else.
Mission accomplished.

Faloniir will take the southern path.

Eldeth quickly recognizes these crystals as worthless AND they're emanating an aura of conjuration magic...
"Cute. Well, I'd rather go through here than a chamber that might flood."

"Did we finish going down the hall where we were, when we found the cells?"
