Wellis looks around a little confused as the party seems to be devolving into chaos. With everyone else seeming to subdue Lignum after his strange actions, he quickly decides to keep up the attack. Drawing his rapier after slinging his lute over his shoulder, he moves toward the nearest Kobold and takes a swipe (preferably C if he is in range)

Wyn is a bit confused about what has become of Lignum. Why did he all of a sudden grapple with Percy? Watching the little gnome attempt to wrestle the large cat was a funny sight though and brought a rye smile to his face.

"Careful there little gnome, you don't want to be cat food!"

Wyn then summons his Shillelagh and attempts to bonk the kobold (C) that has gained Lignum's ear over the head, but only hard enough to incapacitate him, not kill him.

Attack: 17

Damage: 7

The Kobold's eyes bulge halfway out of its head when Petrova grabs for the dagger and pulls it right out of his hand. 

The other Kobold, dodging the various attacks aimed at it while trying to manage its control of Lignum, takes the shillelagh strike and goes down, unconscious.  

Suddenly, Lignum feels normal again.

Lignum will shake his head, confused on what just happened. He will look around and see Percy on him and he will say

Percy, why are you trying to grab me? We got some fighting to do

He will turn to the last Kobald and spring into action. He will strike with the shortsword and a kick as he lunges towards him

Action Shortsword: To hit 8. Damage 10

Bonus action unarmed strike: To hit 7. Damage 7

Edited my previous post to show the reroll for Petrova and Kobold A.  Kobold A is now disarmed. 

Emilia (Tommo) is up, followed by Percy.

Percy is suddenly happy to be in the hunt again, his instinct to chase activated by the skirmish. 

he looks around and races towards the nearest enemy and in 1 fell swoop from 10ft away slices them upward like a golf swing.

Attack: 22 Damage: 8

if the first strike is a critical hit, or results in unconsciousness, Percy will strike again with his bonus attack, rush within his racial range (total movement up to 60ft) to the closest target, just for the fun of it. 

Attack: 24 Damage: 15

percy replies to Lignum, “happy to see you back in the game! Lost you there for a second.” 

Emilia will stare down the kobold, turning a blind eye at the onslaught that Percy just gave the tiny dragon being. 

"It's probably dead..."

Emilia will walk over to the creature, inspecting the body to see if the wounds were fatal.

Investigation - 7

Verakova picks up the finely decorated card from the ground and dismisses the illusion of the assassin.

All of the Kobolds are dead except for the one that was clubbed unconscious by Wyn.  It's eyes are mostly closed but, somehow, the heroes can tell as they look down at it that the hit was so hard they're crossed, based on the slivers that are peeking through its cracked open eyelids.  It's clear to Emilia that, while it is really hurt, it's not dead.  Somehow.  

Well that was fun. Percy what did you mean when you said I was out of it. I was fighting a Kobald and then…. I…. I don’t remember. Strange. Well we better search them to see if they have any clues about what’s going on.

Lignum then starts looking around the bodies for hidden pockets to see if he can find a note.

Investigation: 13

He will also keep an eye out to see if there are anymore nearby.

Perception: 16

“he must have cast a spell on you, you… tried to tackle or hug me… I’m not sure”

Percy doesn’t seem to mind at all, for he trusts his martial ability and unless has other reasons in the future,  trusts the group as a whole.

During the beginning process of tying up the remaining kobolds arms and wrists and ankles with rope, Percy asks the group “should I end it quickly for this fella or does one of you have mind magic. Unless someone proves to me they are truly evil; I don’t like the idea of torture. If it’s up to me o just cut its head off, one clean swoop.” 

percy continues tying up while looking up at the others, as he doesn’t want it to wake up and attack anyone else.

Verakova attempts to locate the caged-skunk that's been carried around by one of the creatures and examine it to determine if it's magical or has particular purpose.

Emilia wanders around the small abandoned town, fist clenched and a scowl on her face. She searches for anything else that could harm her or the party.

Percy joins Emilia, investigating the town for ambushes and clues to who or what is hanging their shadow over this city. 

the kobolds are clearly just the pests that show up around a kill, Like flies, hyenas and cultures to a corpse. 

“funny pair we make huh? Ever heard the one about the cat and the lamb that walk into the creepy city? They were dying to come back!” 

As Lignum searches the three Kobolds, the two dead ones and the one that is tied up, it becomes apparent that not only do they not have any notes, they have no written materials on them whatsoever.  

Verakova is unable to locate the skunk, or the scorpion on a stick, or any similar thing she'd seen in the street.  Is this the same Kobold?  

The magic wielding Kobold is still breathing.  

Emilia and Percy find nothing of interest in the street around the house, save for the dead Kobold with wings that had fallen off the roof.  It still had a squirming, buzzing bag in its grip.  

percy snags the bag tightly to make sure whatever is inside stays inside, but can’t sting her through the fabric. 

bringing it to the others, “who knows stuff about birds and bees? Take this away from me, please and thanks. I’m a big game hunter… I hunt Graceful Gazelle, and Wild Boar, and Zesty Zebra, and Lucious Lam….” He stops before he finishes his thought, looking across toward Emilia and shutting up. 

he hands the bag to a Druid or mage, depending by who wants it first. 

Wyn grabs the bag from Percy. "Let me take that before you enrage whatever might be inside."

Wyn then opens the bag ever so slightly to take a peek and see if it is one of his many friends from the forest.

Nature check: 10

If Wyn knows what the creature is and deems it safe, he will attempt to take the creature out of the bag. If not, he will shut the bag tightly before whatever is inside can escape

Lignum looks over the Kobald. Did it place a spell on me, strange. Tries to wake the creature up by splashing some water on its face. If it wakes up he will say

What is going oh here? Why are you here? Oh and don’t try to cast a spell, or my friends will deal with you quickly.

After his little conversation he will turn to the others. Well, I think we should carry on. We still need to stop the fire. Percy are you alright, I remember you taking a lot of hits in that battle.

Verakova places herself on the rounded finely-polished surface of her chest and folds her legs gracefully. She's been attempting to read the tarot cards and determine the future of the party... or possibly the fate of the deceased kobolds. Who knows?
