He'd likely shout something like, "Judgement is upon you!" under this circumstance.
Alternatively, if he cannot make it within melee range, he will use dash in addition to his movement to reach an enemy as closely as possible...even right in their face. (HIs armor class is 20, and he has felt silly and slightly ashamed for not tanking in these last two battles.)
NOTE: All remaining kobolds are affected by Slow so they all have -2 to AC, among other things.
Also, knowing the remaining kobolds can't take opportunity attacks while under the Slow (no reactions), Lyra darts 30' into the southeast corner of the room, starting at F11-->E10-->E9-->F8-->G8-->H8-->I9.

To the kobolds in draconic: "Dragonshields - this is the end of you, unless you want to tell us all about your master! Then we take you prisoners instead. A simple choice, really. Either way, the kids are going home."

Lyra moves out of cover and towards the SE corner of the chamber. As she steps on square G8, a crossbow bolt flashe sout of the wall with a hiss and streaks towards her. Regardless of the hit, she is able to move onward and sends a trio of sizzling blasts of power at the remaining sorcerer kobold. All three slam into the small form, and send them to the ground at Kosmos's feat. If you wish to give a persuasion or intimidation check, then please do so. In this situation intimidation is going to have a lesser DC than persuasion, as they aren't likely to believe you wish them anything good after taking out several of their companions.
Donlas
Lyra just triggered another trap at G8. She then took out the last sorcerer kobold with a trio of magical blasts. The three warrior kobolds still stand ready, though each seems sluggish and slow to react. It is your action now...
"There seemed to be trapped pressure plates along here." (She points along the G column on the map, starting at G9 and G8 but wondering if the whole G column is trapped).
Donlas comes out of hiding again seeing that all kobolds that are left have those same scales he takes his shortbow from his back and takes a shot at KO2:
Attack: 26 Damage: 33

Donlas
Stepping out to get a line on one of the northern kobolds, Donlas lets fly with an arrow. It flies straight and true, driving intot he kobold's chest, but missing the heart. The cry of pain is garbled though, so it is likely the shot punctured a lung at the least. He still stands though, grimly pressing a hand to his chest around the shaft. That kobold looks sorely wounded, barely on his feet. Donlas steps back out of sight, melding with the darker shadows so well that there is barely a hint of him being there, even for those standing near him.
Kobolds
The northern two kobolds, one of which is barely standing, each step forward and strike at Kosmos... Attack: 13 Damage: 2 Attack: 14 Damage: 3
The southern kobold steps out of the chamber and strikes at Batter directly... Attack: 8 Damage: 2
Batter
With a kobold warrior in his face, Batter simply shouts, "Judgement is upon you!" and strikes the kobold once with his weapon. As he lifts it for the second strike the kobold is able to get his shield in place, barely deflecting the second strike. (I am going to just half the radiant damage, as I cannot see which rolls were what, so going to say 5 radiant damage. Please roll those separately next time if you would.)
Kosmos
Two kobolds just attacked you, though one of them is sorely wounded, an arrow sticking out of his chest, and his breath coming in gurgling wheezes. Your rat friend is close by as well, just a bit to your south. The third kobold moved out of the chamber and you can see it coming to blows with Batter. It is your turn to act now though...
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kosmos takes the damage and looks at his two foes in front of him. He takes his quarterstaff, spins it above his head a couple times and brings it down on the kobold that is in bad shape.
Attack: 20 Damage: 10
Then if it is still standing, swings again at him, if not - goes for the other kobold
Attack: 12 Damage: 11
His rat then comes up to join and attacks as well, using his pack tactics
(I believe it is Lyra's turn now, though I may be skipping Donlas' familiar?)
Lyra maintains concentration on Slow, spinning the slow waltz. Kobolds get another DC19 Wisdom save at the end of their turns.
She fires off 3 more dull black Eldritch Blast beams, each prioritizing the most injured surviving kobold between KO1 and KO2. See attack rolls above. If both are dead, she moves back west to E8, jumping over G8 or G9 in case the trap is still active, to get a shot at KO3. Otherwise (if still attacking KO1 or KO2), she stays put.
No bonus action.
Lyra thinks: So much for my attempt at intimidation! Even in dying, these kobolds are more afraid of their master than they are of us.
Whirling his quarterstaff, he clocks the first of his targets right upside the head, cracking its skull and sending it to the ground, no longer a threat. He pivets, ramming the end of the staff into the second kobold's neck, making it pull back in pain and terror, but it remains standing. The rat scurries up then, trying to bite the second kobold, but cannot get a good bite, its teeth skimming off of hard scales.
Lyra
Lyra strikes down the Kobold fighting Kosmos, then moves back West, jumping the area she triggered the trap before, and sends her final blast into the kobold fighting batter.
Donlas
The sounds of fighting in the main chamber has gone quiet. The only remaining enemy stands before you, though she has not spotted you as of yet. Her attention is focused on Batter, who is fighting her, and the magic-wielder that just hit her with a magical blast of power. It is your turn to act though...

Donlas looks at the Kobold that is so focussed on Battair that she is a easy target. Thinking that some information would be nice he drops his shortbow and takes the rapier from his back for a non-lethal attack:
