Donlas moves into the room to E8 and focusses on his goggles, suddenly a stream of acid shoots out of a pocket in his armor towards the lich (and the tree behind it).
He casts Tasha's caustic brew at lvl 3, DC16 dex save or take 6d4 damage on start of each turn. He than moves back to F11 and takes the hide action as a BA.

((Also I have: If you are hidden from a creature when you cast a spell on it, the creature has disadvantage on any saving throw it makes against the spell this turn.
Although I'm not sure if it applies in this case; your call Dragon.))

Sorry, just realized Batter also had a 18 for initiative. Donlas, I forgot to move the Lich after their action. This may change what you have planned above, so will let you refigure your action if it does. The Lich is in A5, not E4, so you wouldn't be able to get both it and the tree in a line of acid. Batter you can post your action when you can.

Donlas stepps into the chamber, sending a stream of acid at the lich. The lich, taken a bit by surprise, is slow to dodge and is coated with the acid.
Batter
Batter, it is your turn to act. You are outside of the chamber with the lich, and the lich himself is out of sight of the doorway from your position. What do you do?
(Why didn't someone tell me I was misspelling Batair's name all this time! Fixed now. Botting him for this round, hopefully he returns before the next round...) Batair casts bless on himself, Lyra, and Kosmos (himself and the 2 companions he can see, as Donlas is hidden.) He strides just inside the room and stops there, able to see both the lich and the tree.
Tree
Pushing past the presents around it, the tree lumbers forward and slams its branches down at Batair... First to hit is 18, damage is 17 bashing. Second to hit is 15, damage is 18 bashing.
Kosmos (blessed) and Lyra (blessed)
The lich moved out of sight in the chamber ahead, and Batair has stepped into the chamber, after blessing you two. The tree has lumbered towards the door and attacked Batair. It is now your two's turn to act...
Kosmos slides into the room and heads directly to the right and around the tree - G7
He uses one of his actions and bonus action to attack the tree with his quarterstaff, using all his might behind it..
Attack: 27 Damage: 7 + bless 2
Attack: 24 Damage: 9 + bless 1
Then he uses his second attack to send a guiding bolt to the lich
Attack: 8 Damage: 9 + bless 2
Sorry, it does not work like that. Casting a spell is an action, the Attack Action is an action. There are only a few ways you can get around this. Casting a spell as a Bonus Action is one, Action Surge is another, and I believe the Bladesinger extra attack is the third. You either take the attack action, using however many attacks you get, or you take the cast-a-spell action. You cannot do both. You cannot switch one of your two attacks out for a spell, unless you are a bladesinger (and then it is only for a cantrip.)

Ah! Sorry about that - I figured since it was listed under attacks it would work. Here is my second quarterstaff attack at the tree then:
Kosmos moves around the tree, towards the lich, then wacks the tree twice with his staff, missing on a third attempt. (I am assuming your strikes are magical.) The staff hits the tree hard with both wacks, and leaves several broken branches. It seems to have annoyed the tree more than anything though.
Lyra
You are up... I will update the map after your action.
((Going to post my turn now. Apologize I didn't say anything about "Batair" vs. "Batter." I guess I assumed maybe you two had played together before and it was a nickname. My bad. Also sorry - I meant to put this in OOC, not in here.))
Lyra steps up from D14 to E11 (15'). The sound coming from her harmonica turns utterly alien and shadowy, both lower and higher than normal hearing range. Everyone has a slight urge to cover their ears but the urge passes as dull, shadowy tendril emanates from the harmonica and attaches to the Lich.
Bonus action: places Hexblade's Curse on the Lich.
Lyra urges, her voice guttural with strain: "Focus all attacks on the Lich. I am attempting to keep the tree out of the fight."
The sound from her harmonica enters the audible range once more, a flat chord that emanates as a wall of sound. A shimmering force field emerges.
Casting Wall of Force around the tree in 3D other than the floor which she uses as a base, as tightly as possible to contain the Tree. If any of the wall is left over, she places a panel over the wreath of bones as well, trapping it against the wall. If she still has a panel left over, she covers the presents as well with that.
She steps back 15' to F14, trying to be far away but retain line of sight on the Lich.
Lyra curses the lich with hexblade's curse. She then calls on her magic to bring up a barrior around the tree. (The tree is around 15 feet tall, so you won't be able to completely enclose it in a dome or sphere. It would take 8 pannels to surround it to a height of ten feet. This would take either a box with 20-foot sides or an octagon with 8 ten-foot sides. Depending on which you went with, then you would have 2 ten-foot by ten foot pannels left over. Depending on how you configure it you might be able to do something with those last 2 panels, but that is up to you. Let me know before I move things along...)
((Can I form a 10' radius sphere, so 20' tall and 20' wide at the widest point, with the base of he sphere at the floor centered under the tree, enclosing the tree? That should fit it, shouldn''t it? It does say "If the wall cuts through a creature's space when it appears, the creature is pushed to one side of the wall." I would obviously choose for it to be inside the sphere.))
Also, if possible, I'd like to change Lyra's move so she finishes at F12. within 10' of Batair, but still within line of sight of the Lich.
Yes, did not read it close enough. I thought it said 10 foot diameter, not radius. yes, the tree can be enclosed in a sphere and there would be no panels left over.

((Sounds good. I didn't read it closely enough either at first, so the sphere is a retcon - I had said hemisphere at first. Note also my change to Lyra's positioning)).
Lyra uses her reaction to cast Counterspell at 4th level to negate the casting of fire shield.

Donlas will do the same, shoot tashas caustic brew at the lich, except for hiding at D11 instead of F11.
