Lyra rocks back slightly as she avoids the worst effects of the non-Lich's psychic static but still takes damage, finishing the last of her temporary HP and eating into her actual health for the first time. Somehow, her flat black eyes and lips seem to smile at the mighty blow from Donlas' Shadow Blade.
She uses a bonus action and another first level pact slot to cast Healing Word on Kosmos, healing the harengon for 6 hp.
Lyra then turns back to the non-Lich to finish him off if her allies have not already, her shadowy black wings sweeping the air once majestically for emphasis as she casts Eldritch Blast. With a booming voice, she thunders: "Tonight an actual immortal will feast on your life force. The Raven Queen sends her regards."

(forgot con save DC16, in case of fail shadow blade recasting as the bonus action)

Refigure post The Lich doe snot cast shield. He is hit by two more of Kosmos's attacks, while Kosmos takes another 12 fire damage. Lyra's third eldritch blast also hits home. Doing half damage from the lich's resistance to spell damage.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kosmos, looking really bad now after being burnt, decides to try and range attack this thing as well as he can. First getting within 10 feet and throwing his yklwa at the creature, then throwing a dart. He lets these fall where they may, and then runs with the remaining of his (50') movement away the opposite direction of his group to spread them out better. Using his bonus action, he is going to use a ki point and dodge.
I rolled Batair's saves on his character sheet. He made the Int save exactly, rolling a 19. He then made the Concentration save, rolling a 23. Bless is still up and Batter take sonly 15 damage.
Kosmos
Kosmos moves back in to strike at the lich. The lich casts a spell... shield blocking all but one of Kosmos's strikes. Kosmos takes 8 fire damage as he strikes the lich. The lich though manages to keep from being stunned with ease.
Lyra
Lyra sends three blasts of eldritch power sizzling across and 2 of which strike past the shield to hit the lich. She then sends healing power into Donlas.
Lich
The lich is seeming quite hurt now and calls on his magic once more. it casts Synaptic Static once more. Everyone, DC 19 Int save, 33 damage. If you fail the save, then 1d6 penalty to attacks, ability checks, and concentration saves for the next minute.
Group's Initiative
Batair, Donlas, Kosmos, and Lyra can post actions, that is the initiative order if you want to wait for others to post first. I've been doing Donlas or Batair first, as they rolled the same initiative.
((Thanks. This campaign has taught me the huge gap of how much I still have to learn.))
Batair sees his company struggling. He's a little miffed at the lackluster performance he's shown this battle.
"Ihave to touch you for any kind of restoration.'" he bellows to his comrades.
Letting out an agitated grunt, he resumes assailing the foe before him.
As you strike at the Lich he casts silvery barbs Forcing you to reroll the attack...
I am cryingggg which results in crying in donlas' mind which distracts him: Unable to parse dice roll.

Batair takes full damage from the mental attack of the lich, and loses concentration on Bless. His first strike, barely, manages to hit the lich. (I rolled your disadvantage roll on your sheet, but that roll was better than the 19 you rolled here. I also rolled your 1d6 penalty to the attack, but that was only a 2. A 17 still hits, so the first hit does hit the lich.) Your second strike though goes wide, missing completely.
Donlas
Donlas has his strike against the lich foiled as the lich casts a spell to distract him. The attack goes wide, completely missing the lich.
Kosmos
The lich resists Kosmos's attempt to telekenetically shove him. (Also rolled your disadvantage roll on your character sheet. Result was a 14, so both attacks miss.) Kosmos throws two weapons at the lich, but both miss, leaving the lich unharmed.
Lyra
Lyra sends a trio of blasts at the Lich again, two going wide and the third landing. Again it does not do as much damage to the lich as one would be expecting. She also sends some healing to Kosmos
Lich
The lich is looking worried now. He does not respond to Lyra's taunts as he casts another spell... Tasha's Mind Whip at 4th level. Lyra, Donlas, and Batair all need to make a DC 19 int save. On a failure take 11 damage, 5 on a success. If the save fails you cannot take reactions until the end of your next turn, and you must choose to use your action, your bonus action, or your move action, but only one of those three for your next turn. The lich may move depending on the results of the above saves, so let's wait until those are done before we post new actions...
Intelligence save for Lyra against Tasha's Mind Whip (+2 +3 from being within 10' of Batair = +5): 16 Either way, DC10 Constitution save to maintain concentration on Wall of Force, +9 and at advantage due to Eldritch Mind: 23

The Lich sends its power into the three of you neares it,a nd both Batair and Donlas are unable to resist it. (Donlas you keep concentration on Shadow Blade, as I believe you forgot to add the +3 from Batair to that save.) The Lich then moves to be out of sight of Lyra behind the tree from her.
Batair and Donlas
The Lich just moved away from you. You are also each mentally slowed for this round only. You can take a move action, a bonus action, or a normal action, but only one of the three. The Lich is not within melee reach of either of you though.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Feeling really slow in mind Donlas throws his shadow blade at the Lich and can't do anything after:

(still with sneak attack thanks to Kosmos being within melee range of the Lich)
