Batair's javelin misses the lich, hitting the edge of the wall of fource and then deflecting off into the room to skid across the stone floor.
Donlas
Donlas's blade flies at the lich, but the lich, at the last moment, sends up a shield of force to deflect it. Casting shield The arcane ward around the lich flickers back into life, but is clearly quite weak.
Kosmos and Lyra
(I had Kosmos in the wrong spot on the map. That has been fixed.) The Lich has moved and is now out of sight of Lyra. Kosmos though can see them quite easily, as they are much closer to Kosmos now. It is your two's turn to act...
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Having no more ranged weapons and too low on hit points to deal with the lich's fire shield, Kosmos resorts to his radiant sun bolt knowing that spell damage doesn't do what it should against this creature but fears it is all he has left. Using his actions, he sends two at the now weak lich
Attack: 14 Damage: 9
Attack: 17 Damage: 5
both with radiant damage and spends another ki point to dodge for his bonus action
(disadvantage rolls...attack 1=22 attack 2=13)
sorry, I just can't get that through my head apparently
The first radiant blast deflects off of the Lich's magical shield. The second though strikes true, removing the arcane ward once again, and doing some minor damage to the lich as well.
Lyra knows she can only take an action, bonus action or move, but only one of these, due to Tasha's Mind Whip. She can't see the non-Lich from where she is. So she pretty much can't hurt the non-Lich this turn.
But the non-Lich can't see her either. If she moves from a location the non-Lich can't see to another location the non-Lich can't see without passing in front of their field of vision, the non-Lich should not know where she is (and can't see her to cast a spell on her).
The black tendril connecting Lyra and the non-Lich remains where it is as if Lyra were still standing where she was. (she still has Hexblade's Curse on the non-Lich). ((Hopefully you allow the bit about the tendril as this was just flavor anyway.))
Lyra uses her bonus action only to Misty Step using a 2nd level spell slot from C8 where she is to F11, around the edge of the door to the southern room, hoping that since she went from one spot the non-Lich can't see to another spot he can't see, he won't know where she is, and won't know to move where he can see her to cast a spell on her next turn.
(Using Misty Step instead of just moving so the non-Lich can't hear her or see her moving just around the corner of the tree as she passes).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

Batair reconsiders his worth as a paladin for a split second.
Frowning and making a click noise his tongue, he uses dispel magic on the toad*, and tries to keep tabs on the location of the “lich”.
Give me a check using your spellcaster mod. This is a 1d20 plus your CHA mod for a paladin. You must beat a DC of 14 to end the polymorph spell on Donlass.

Donlas, now a frog, hops towards the tree captured in the sphere of magical force. As it does so Batair attempts to cast a spell to cancel out the magic that transformed Donlas. The magic is unable to do so, and so Batair picks up the frog in his shield hand.
Kosmos and Lyra
Kosmos you see Batair pick up the frog that was Donlas. Lyra is out of sight in the other chamber. It is your two's turn to act now...
The blank tendril of Lyra's Hexblade's curse briefly re-connects he with the non-Lich as she first moves 15': F11-->E10-->F10-->G9.
Her mind is seething with the Raven Queen's presence, but there is a note of alarm. Telepathically (through Rary's Telepathic Bond), she reaches out to Kosmos and Donlas, finding that she can't sense the latter any more. And she can't see him either - strange! In Kosmos' mind, in the sweet melodious half-elven voice he has heard before, she asks urgently: Where has the halfling gone? We need him.
Her flat black eye sockets look balefully at the non-Lich. Her physical voice again is deeper and more grating than ever. "Try as you might, your time is nearly at an end. You only delay the inevitable destruction - consumption - of your soul by mere moments longer. Christmas belongs to the children."
((Will post Lyra's action, bonus action and remaining 15' of movement in a subsequent post after Kosmos posts his. This is only to see the results of what Kosmos does. Either way, I'm assuming Lyra won't know the answer to what happened to Donlas until next round.))
As Polymorph is also a Bard spell, I'm assuming Lyra knows the basic parameters of the spell, though it is too late to do anything about it this round, since Kosmos could not have answered her until her own turn when she asked the question.
Standing next to Batair who had picked up the toad, she will say quietly, but urgently to him, and telepathically to Kosmos: "If we cannot dispel the magic, we must just damage the toad slightly, perhaps an unarmed strike. Enough to kill it and then the Polymorph spell will be over and Donlas will return, taking the remainder of the damage himself."
But she is only able to say and think that at the end of her turn, too late to do it herself this round.
During the turn she first moves 15' and speaks as described in post 315 above. From G9, assuming she has a clear shot, she then uses her action to cast Eldritch Blast again at the non-Lich, attempting to shoot 3 more dull black beams. See rolls in next post.
Bonus action: Healing Word on Kosmos - see roll in next post.
Remaining 15' movement: backtracking to where she started, F11 in the other room.

Batair and Donlas
Donlas you are a frog, and held in Batair's hand. You can attempt to get free if you wish. Batair, you hold a frog, and have just seen the lich seem to duplicate as 3 additional images of him seem to swirl with his original form. It is hard to tell which is the real one and which is not. It is your two's turn to act...
Hmm can't do much as a frog I guess, so Donlas-Frog happily sits in Batair's shield hand for now.
