Holding a frog in one hand, and seemingly with little other options, Batair chucks the Donlas-frog at the lich. Donlas feels himself flying through the air, but misses the Lich, who easily sidesteps the flying frog. Donlas tumbles through the air, landing just past the lich and taking 13 damage. The frog shifts away, after the first point of damage, and Donlas takes any additional damage himself.
Donlas
As you are now back in your own form, you may act normally still this round. You are standing right next to the lich though, in melee with him currently. Please make sure to do a concentration check for any damage you took yourself for being tossed at the lich.

You strike down one of the mage's images, but not the real mage. Now only 3 of the mage swirl around each other, the real one and 2 illusions. Moving away, you get behind the tree, away from the lich's sight.
Cosmos and Lyra
You two are up. The mage has 2 illusions swirling with his true self, so it is hard to tell which is which. Please take your turns now.
Black hexblade tendril connected to the non-Lich, Lyra runs back to connect to it so she can see the enemy and her allies, happy to see Donlas back to his true form.
Completely at odds with her flat black eyes and grating voice, she plays a brief sweet melody again. Bonus action: Healing Word on Donlas.
She hopes that eventually the non-Lich will run out of Counterspells. She throws three more Eldritch Blast beams at the enemy and their multiple mirror images, with her voice grating in a harsh, sonorous boom "Your end is near and your soul is forfeit. A snack for the Raven Queen. You only delay the inevitable."
She then leaves the black tendril hanging there and runs back towards the back room again, behind the tree.
3 Eldritch Blast beams at non-Lich, at disadvantage due to non-Lich'sForesight, with extra damage due to Hexblade's Curse, each one potentially striking a different mirror image or the non-Lich themselves: Beam 1: Attack: 17 Damage: 19 Beam 2: Attack: 13 Damage: 15 Beam 3: Attack: 20 Damage: 19
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kosmos throws up his searing sunburst, making sure that it only affects the 3 images of the lich and not any of his allies. As it bursts, he uses a ki point to double the damage and the three of them must make a CON save of 15 or take 9 radiant damage.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kosmos
The Lich is unharmed by your sunburst, and it does not affect the illusions, as those can only be damaged by affects that make attack rolls at the mage himself. Area spells don't affect mirror images.
Lyra
Let us see what hits... Attack 1 mirror image roll: 1 Attack 2 mirror image roll: 9 Attack 3 mirror image roll: 18
Your first eldritch blast strikes home, but, as usual, does less damage than would be expected. The other two each take out a mirror image, leaving the lich unprotected at the end of your attacks.
Lich
The lich moves to get line of sight on Donlas. He then casts vortex warp targetting Donlas. Donlas, DC 19 Con save or be teleported into the sphere of force with the tree.
Map
I am going to leave the map out of it for now, you can all get to the lich, unless Donlas gets teleported into the sphere of force, then he won't be able to without using misty step or something.
Batair, gladly seizing his opportunity to finally be a tank, uses his movement to get within grabbing distance of the lich.
Using a second level spell slot, he imbues his weapon with divine smite!
"Got ya now..!" he bellows intensely while attempting to hew the lich with his battleaxe.
First Strike: Attack: 17 Damage: 5
Divine Smite (3d8 active + 1 for Improved) Radiant Damage: 18
Second Strike: Attack: 14 Damage: 7
Improved Divine Smite (assuming only the passive for second blow) Radiant Damage: 5

((For Reference:
Divine Smite (Special)
When you hit with a melee weapon attack, you can expend one spell slot to deal 2d8 extra radiant damage to the target plus 1d8 for each spell level higher than 1st (max 5d8) and plus 1d8 against undead or fiends.
Extra Attack (Special)
You can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.
Improved Divine Smite (Special)
Whenever you hit with a melee weapon attack, the target takes an extra 1d8 radiant damage.))

Donlas is being teleported into the wall of force with the tree, Luckily he knows ways to teleport as well, using misty step to appear back next to the Lich and Batair.
Using another booming blade he strikes at the Lich with his shadow blade:

Batair?
((Sorry, took some youth to Colorado for a spring-break trip. Back now.))
Considering the options, Batair throws the frog at the Lich's foot (in hopes of breaking the polymorph), and also attempts to move within melee range.
Frog Attack? 13 (I'll let you decide damage to the frog/lich, because I have no idea.)

(LOL! The Lich 'chooses' not to use the critical hit he rolled on his luck dice.)
