As a swirling mass of angelic (?) figures leaps into existence around Lurn the West Snowdrifts charge forward, skidding to a stop just short of the wall of angels. The trio of troll sized creatures snarl as the flashing, winged creatures but seem unsure.
Down in the flooded basement Jaq remains blissfully unaware of what is going on topside as he begins making his way back.
((At the pace Jaq went in it will take five rounds to get out, dashing (with Jaq's super dash) two rounds. This round he is moving at a normal, cautious pace. Eula can help speed things along, potentially.))

Eula lowers her head and takes off, the slack in the rope quickly evaporating. Down below, Jaq finds his departure rapidly accelerated as he whips around a corner into a wall and is dragged skimming across the water. He sees the door to the room he entered the flooded basement rapidly approaching and it doesn't take much effort to see that he is going to hit more door frame than door.

Lurn steps forward just enough to put the nearby trio of snow-beasts inside the ring of angelic(?) spirits. Giving them a snarl of his own, the firbolg raises his arm and swings it down to point at the frontmost one, casting Toll the Dead on it.
Toll damage: 22 Toll alternate damage: 15
(So, Spirit Guardians says that it deals damage the first time they "enter the area for the the first time on a turn, or start their turn inside it." Which should mean that if the aoe moves - say, by the caster moving - it should cause damage, yes? So, each of the three takes a wisdom save; 3d8 radiant damage, half on save. DC16. After that damage is Toll the Dead, making it 2d12 unless they can somehow negate the damage completely. I'm gonna roll the 2d8 that happens for an undamaged target, just in case I've misunderstood Spirit Guardians.)

Seeing that these are clearly enemies now Cladmir would pelt them with arrows before closing for a melee combat. With Eula moved south Cladmir will first move to be closer to Kroshav and shoot at whatever enemy is closest to the Dragonborn (so bottom left it seems).
(When it is Jaq's turn again) He sees that he is quickly getting pulled towards the door frame and tries to use the magic of the flying belt to get him to move enough in the right direction to miss hitting in and slide through unscathed!
The West Snowdrifts roar, bringing all attention to them before they move to close the distance. Cladmir, Kroshav and Lurn's eyes are drawn to the depths creatures' own fathomless gaze.

The snowdrift howls in pain as Cladmir's arrows strike deep, but it doesn't seem to deter them as much as the glowing reapers dancing around.
Kroshav and Cladmir both shiver as a wave of...something passes over them. Lurn, on the other hand, filled with a deep, paralyzing terror of the cold and that very cold floods him. The reapers wink out. The snowdrifts descend on the trio.

Streaming water after him the elf shoots up into the sun and cold, cold wind to see some the rest of the party have gotten themselves into trouble. Again. As the elf leaves the hole the eastern snowdrifts close on the party, but one's eyes find Jaq's before it tears into the others it can reach.

I would say that since Cladmir was looking in the direction on Kroshav he would have missed the nearer target that was sort of behind him.
Positionally Cladmir would have moved up next to Kroshav after Eula ran off, so now he would be sandwiched on both sides by whatever these things are. Trusting that Kroshav could cover his back Cladmir will drop his bow and pull out the magic warhammer and strike twice to try and finish the creature he already shot at (SDW3).
