If you are using telepathy like the 8th level evocation spell, then "a creature with an intelligence score of at least 1 [can] understand the meaning of your words and take in the scope of any sensory messages you send to it." I have never seen it listed as a language like that, though. How did you learn to "speak" telepathy?
Anyway, the lead lizardfolk hesitates as Erephyma attempts to "speak" to him telepathically.
Carefully and quietly, Valek stands and readies himself for a fight, staying in the shadows waiting to see if the situation deescalates. All the while, he begins to prepare the spell, Shield of Faith.
(OOC - this is the first time I made a character on D&D Beyond. It says that I received that ability because of Couatl's Blessing from the deity I follow. If this is incorrect please let me know!)
(OOC: I'm confused. Your character sheet says you are a lightfoot halfling druid, not a couatl. How did you get Couatl's Blessing? Who is your diety? As a druid, can you turn into a couatl? I feel like I am missing something.)
The lizardfolk stand around brandishing their javelins and clubs, confused by their leaders inaction, and looking at each other. You hear a few whispers in lizardfolk before one of them pokes their leader and appears to ask him about what he is doing. The leader shakes his head as if coming out of a trance and says something in lizardfolk to Erephyma.
Valek has been waiting to see if the will lizardfolk attack but can wait no longer for fear of losing his primed spell. He quietly casts (via Warcaster) Shield of Faith on Erephyma, producing a silvery glow around her form (and giving her a +2 AC) in hopes it adds to her ‘divine’ appearance and dissuades the lizardfolk from attacking. “At the very least, it will help protect her, should they charge,” he says to himself.
Unsure of what else to do, the lizardfolk attack Erephyma. They surround her and pummel her with their clubs while stabbing at her with their javelins. Despite Valen's efforts, Erephyma is overwhelmed by the sudden onslaught and takes 37 hp damage, knocking her unconscious.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
KalisiaWongbe
Kalisia will cast Healing Word on Erephyma and summon a ghostly hand near her assailant by casting Chill Touch. The cold, spectral hand attempts to reap the energy of the lizardfolk.
Attack:24Damage:12
(Erephyma regains 5 HP and regains consciousness.)
Okay. Erephyma, you wake up after falling to the ground, surrounded by lizardfolk, the leader of which just took 12 hp damage and is looking a bit uncomfortable. What do you do?
The lizardfolk leader takes a big hit from Valek but is still standing. He tries to return the attack but misses.
Two more lizardfolk attack Valek. One of them gets a hit with his club, doing 5 hp damage.
The other three, surprised that Erephema is still conscious, attack her again. They do 12 hp bludgeoning damage and 18 hp piercing damage for a total of 30 hp, knocking her unconscious again.
Kalisia, your turn.

Kalisia Wongbe, your turn.
(OOC: Okay, I found it under homebrew with the help of some other DM's. I'll allow Couatl's Blessing if you Wild Shape into a couatl first.)
Kalisia Wongbe
Kalisia attempts to move towards the group of lizardfolks as stealthily as possible while keeping herself concealed in the shadows.
Action: [Hide] Stealth 18

Covetous, Dragonish Thoughts - Jenviel Tsumara: Fallen Aasimar- Monk|Crimson Sands of Time - Navarra Iltazyara: Human- Druid/Warlock| Bleak Prospect - Ermasnietsz: Reborn- Clockwork Soul Sorcerer
Okay. Kalisia is able to move stealthily to a better hiding position.
Your turn, Erephyma.
(OOC: sorry, COVID has been taking its toll)
(OOC: I should have had you review my character sheet before playing. I think for some reason I thought Couatl was an appropriate god for a Druid)
Erephyma smiles, nods and bows to the lizardfolk. She also begins to prepare acid arrow in case this does not work out.
(OOC: Couatl is not a god. A couatl is a type of celestial which takes the form of a winged serpent.)
Valek, your turn.
Valek has been waiting to see if the will lizardfolk attack but can wait no longer for fear of losing his primed spell. "I tried to be nice" Eryphema pulls a dagger from her robes and stabs the leader of the lizardfolk.
Attack:6
Damage: 3
The leader of the lizardfolk deftly dodges the attack.
Valen, your turn.
(ooc: @ DM…How far from the lizard folk leader is Valek.)
I would say Valek is between five and ten feet from the lead lizardfolk, say about seven feet or so.
Still concealed by the shadows, Valek propels himself forward, shield raised and heavy mace pitched back, attacking the lizardfolk leader.
Attack: 15
Damage: 7
(ooc: @DM…I did not roll with advantage, as I was unsure if it applied.)
