Garmuk nods at Soren. Ok.... but if no drop knife Garmuk will take. Garmuk no hurt raid bother but will knock out if you say needed. Understanding that whatever is going on is well beyond him he will walk over to the tunnel the Kobolds ran. As he walks past Brix, Garmuk will growl to get the point across try anything I smash you. Yall do thinky stuff Garmuk stand watch.
Brixs eyes narrow as Soren speaks. His posture takes on a less frightened animal aspect and becomes a bit more defiant.. His chest puffs out a bit as he finishes speaking. He does not lower the dagger.
Soren sighs, reaching out to nature spirts to touch Thom on the shoulder lightly and give him Guidance, adding 1d4 to any check (like Athletics for grappling).
[Elvish to Thom/Ursa]:
"Go ahead and grapple and tie him up."
[Common to everyone, especially Garmuk]: "Take away his knife but don't hurt him."
To Brix/Glandin in [Draconic], sadly:
"We wish no ransom. You are a spirit and have taken over the mind and body of our comrade who we wish returned to us, Glandin of house Glandin. We stand among Almananadrix's bones and marrow, which your fellow kobolds are mining."
He says all this as the plain truth as far as he kows it, but also to put Glandin off his guard, keeping his attention on Soren as his friends do the work.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Thredash, still somewhat emotional and not entirely certain what is going on, decides to grapple with the kobold as the best chance to render the 2 legged snake safe...
As his fellow party members move in, Soren continues his distracting dialog in [Draconic]:
"To steal from you Glandin of house Glandin? Nothing here belongs to you. It belongs to nature - even the bones and marrow of a great dragon. But in truth, the reason we are here is different. It is one thing when kobolds of Midgard ply their tools and traps, admire dragonkind despite their disdain for you, and even attack enemies with numbers. But your group here have been kidnapping people on the road and forcing them to work in this mine. That ends now. Whether through your death, as some of your comrades have already chosen," (pointing at the dead dragonshield kobold and the others) "or through agreement remains to be determined, mostly by the choices you and your fellows make in the next few minutes."
"%$#^%# Glandin ^$ $% Glandin? ^%$c^ &^%$& ..." (Soren points at the dead dragonshield kobold and the others at one point) "... $&^$ ^$%&^."
Those who know Soren can tell that he is projecting more confidence when speaking with Brix/Glandin than he actually feels. In truth, this place is unnatural and gives him the creeps. He maintains concentration on Guidance on Thom, granting +1d4 on all skill/ability checks.
If the party are able to grapple Brix/Glandin and take his dagger away, Soren will use a rope to bind him. [In Common now] "Do not harm him - we still hope our friend Brix will return to us. Glandin now thinks we are here to steal. I told him that while none of this belongs to him, we are actually here to end the kidnappings and slave labor that we heard of."
If the party has secured Brix/Glandin, Soren asks him (assuming he is still Glandin and not back to being Brix):
"As I said, Glandin, we wish you no harm and we wish no ransom. We just need to secure you until our friend Brix, whose body you have possessed, returns to us."
"Also, tell me, are you from the Dragon Empire? Harkesh, the capital? One of the kobaldi, the Mharoti kobalds? What has brought you here?"
I'm not cut out for this, Soren thinks. I enjoy my nature and plants and animals. Our party needs a bard! Or some other charismatic leader.
After a few minutes Brix reasserts himself and is clearly startled that he is being restrained by his friends. After questioning Brix about recent events, it becomes crystal clear that he has no idea about Glandrin. Coming to the conclusion that no answers to the dilemma are forthcoming you continue your exploration of the marrow.

Garmuk will provide an help action to who ever trys to remove the knife.
Garmuk starts to make a big show beating his chest and stretching his arms. Pointing at Brix.
Give Garmuk knife before Garmuk take and arms too.
With a wicked grin and a bit puffed it he starts stopping to Brix.

Defiant, but obviously scared by the numbers he faces, Brix/Glandin continues to hold the dagger defensively in front of him.

Just get the dagger Soren, it should be OK
(I thought one of the other PCs already grabbed the dagger. We should have Brix/Glandin grappled and dagger-less right now I think?)
