A search of the chamber reveals no secret passages. Returning to the chamber where Olin was hiding you explore the passageway to the northeast. After traveling about 65' feet it opens up into a circular chamber.
Unlike the entryway, this chamber features carefully built stone walls. Some craftsmanship is evident in the stonework here, and the far wall suggests the frame of a door sealed by rock. Heaps of stones sit on the floor of the room. A simple examination of the room reveals the stones are inscribed with the word “wrongteous.” The far wall houses a sealed door. Beside the door is a hole just large enough to pass a carved stone through. An inscription near the hole reads “do wrong to begin judgment, do wrong again to do right.”
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Soren puts a hand on Garmuk's shoulder.
"You could be right, friend. But before we try that... it said nothing about giving like the bowl outside where Smendrick gave his blood. I'm thinking 'do wrong' means put one of these 'wrongeous' stones into the hole. So we have to put a stone through the hole to 'begin judgement,' whatever that is. Maybe a combat or puzzle or skill test. Then another stone to 'do right' and continue."
Soren looks for further hazards around the room. He is still concentrating on Summon Beast so he can't cast Guidance as that requires concentration.
If he sees no hazards, Soren will pick up two of the stones and slowly move to put one into the hole by the door, ready to stop if anyone in the party has a better idea, but also signaling everyone to be ready for... who knows what... once he puts the first stone in.
(Brix) Your history check reveals nothing. However, you notice an extra character inscribed in the upper left or lower right corner of each tablet.

Figured it was unintentional so I gave you a little time. Just played it off as if Thom was having trouble finding an opening in the Ghouls defenses.

After rearranging the tablets several times you finally have your message. Albeit, a strange one.
"Overcoming Evil Requires Much Wrongteousness!"
Ursa nods in agreement to Olin's suggestion.

Thom snaps out of what ever was bothering him and nods his head in agreement.

"I have no idea what that means but now what do we do?" asks Brix. "We found Olin but the rest sound lost. Do we take Olin back or continue on."
Brix investigates the area looking for clues as to where they should head next. 14

Are there any further passageways leading out of the chamber that would, for example, let us try Olin's suggestion of staying left?
(Or maybe there will be further questions further on that we need to answer wrongly or something.)

Do wrong? Blood open door? Hurt self wrong put blood on stone then stone in hole?
