"We just have to decide. The clue we received earlier stated 'Overcoming Evil Requires Much Wrongteousness'. So far we've only put one 'wrongteous' tablet in and fought the shadows. Do we think that is enough 'wrongteousness' before we put the righteous white tablet in? Maybe it is..."
(If I understood right, the south entrance behind us through which we came into this room is no longer blocked as it was when we were fighting the shadows. But to move forward north, I think we need to put either a gray 'wrongteous' or white 'righteous' tablet into the slot...)
But he is leaning towards just putting the white (righteous) tablet into the slot. He'll wait to see if anyone else has a better idea, and also make sure everyone in the party (plus his familiar, summoned beast and Brix's homonculus) are ready to avert their eyes briefly to avoid risk of being blinded.
If no one stops him, and with a warning for everyone to be ready and briefly avert their eyes (which Soren himself will do along with Nettle and Spike)...
Soren puts the white 'righteous' tablet into the slot.
Passing the white tablet through the slot causes the door to slide upwards revealing a short narrow passageway that open into a small circular chamber.
A simple wooden chest sits at the center of this small chamber. Seawater seeps through the walls here, and the smell of the ocean is strong.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Hopefully it was the right thing to do," breathes Soren uncertainly.
"But we still may be in danger. Let us be watchful and proceed carefully like a cat in strange territory." When Spike growls at him he allows, "All right, like a lone wolf in strange territory."
Both he and Nettle attempt to look for hidden hazards in the chamber, also trying to see whether the chest might be something other than what it appears.
So we put the white stone into the slot?
"As good as anything I got." says Brix with a shrug.

Soren is not sure himself.

Hello boys! I'm Baaack!
I made more appropriate approximation of the chamber the party is currently located in on Roll20.
(Olin) The entrance is no longer sealed.
So we can go through the door?

Okie dokie - Garmuk you cover one eye, I cover the other...
Garmuk nods and moves towards the wall axe in hand. Facing the wall he grunts.
Garmuk ready.
