Briny looks from the first 2 halflings to the Elf and Fulta. Tossing a coin in her mind she picks Fulta and tries to send psychic energy her way, and stays where she is.
Mind Sliver: Intelligence save DC 13 or take 5 psychic damage and subtract 1d4 from their next saving thrown before the end of my next turn.
Uragum takes the blows and hardens his skin to stop some of the damage from the last attack. Turning to the elf, "That... Was. Not. Appreciate," he growls out while forming a blade of darkness in his free hand. He then tries to stab it into the elf.
Bonus action: casting spell shadow blade
Action: Attack with shadow blade. If the alley is considered dim light, he gets advantage

Sylyra's grin grows as one of the halflings is thoroughly entangled by his spell. He begins to formulate an attack on the one that got away when he hears the succession of sounds: the barrel bursting, Uragum grunting in pain as the arrow catches him painfully, and then Hex dispatching the entangled foe. He quickly decides to focus an attack on the archer while helping keep Uragum on his feet. He releases his entangle spell and performs two quick incantations succinctly. Forty feet above the archer, it appears as though a break in invisible clouds has directed a silvery beam of moonlight down upon the bow-wielding halfling. Almost simultaneously, dirt, leaves and other natural detritus in the cul-de-sac swirl together as if caught in a small whirlwind and come together in the shape of a bear that stands up on his hind legs and paws at the air soundlessly. Sylyra then slides over toward a wall to protect his back.
Moonbeam - DC14 CON save or take 8 radiant damage at the start of their turn (half on save)
Spirit totem: bear - 8 temp hp and advantage on STR checks & saves in a 30-ft. radius around that point to any creature I choose. I place it where it will catch the four of us and I choose the four of us only to be affected.
OOC: Remember not to mark your sheets, please. I have a process when I resolve combat that helps me keep things straight and I don't want to accidentally double-cast spells or features for you.

Uragum Concentration: 7
Hex's arrow ends the struggles of the halfling in the vines, which continue to hold his dead form upright at the entrance to the alley. The tiefling turns away from the other halfling's spear, moving between Uragum and Fulta at the end of the alley. Fulta's next shot is disrupted; she growls, affected by Briny's magical intrusion, and dives away from Sylyra's moonbeam, only after the radiant light has singed her armor in places.
Uragum bats aside the elf's arm, then rolls off of the following swing of the mace, bolstered by the animal spirit conjured by Sylyra. Conjuring a shadowy sword into his palm, he cuts across the elf's arms, spraying blood into the alley. The elf falls back with a shout of pain, but establishes his footing again, determined to continue the fight.
Round 3 Order: Players <===== Enemies
Placement: The elf is engaged in melee combat with Uragum. One halfling is engaged in melee combat with Hex. Fulta is at the end of the alley, within movement range.
Health: The elf is severely wounded. Fulta is lightly wounded.
OOC: Uragum has lost concentration on his Shadow Blade.
Apologies for the burst posting when I'm resolving these rounds. I like to be as transparent as possible with my rolls, so this is the best way I can do that until the dice roller on the forum stops manipulating its own rolls every time I edit.
With the halfing down, Hex turns her attention back to the elf only to see Uragum handling them well. "Try not to kill the elf, it'd be good to get some info off them before they die." Despite the halfing in front of her, she aims her bow at Fulta instead.
Feeling elated that her magic was successful on Fulta Briny decides to target her again. She spends a few seconds muttering arcane words and forms the precise hand shapes that let her access the chaotic energy that she first learned to touch when she was young. Well, young-er.
(ooc: was seeing if the others would knock out elf.)
Uragum takes another blow but the rage and strength of a bear flows through him. He bellows right in the Elf's face and swings his arm wide to the side and then back trying to take his legs out from under him. Should he fall, Uragum will point down at him and say, "Stay down if you value your life."
Shove attempt to trip him. With the bear totem I believe it's made with advantage.
Fulta looks on in shock as Hex plants an arrow into her hip. She is thrown back violently into the crates by Briny's ensuing arcane blast, and Sylyra ensures her demise as the moonbeam shifts to her new location. Her halfling companion tries again to impale Hex, who moves quicker than his spear, feeling the energy emanating from Sylyra's bear spirit.
Meanwhile, the elf pushes through Uragum's attempt to trip him, spitting blood from his mouth as he screams, "Graaaah," swinging his mace wildly at the goliath.
Round 4 Order: Players <===== Enemies
Placement: The elf is engaged in melee combat with Uragum. One halfling is engaged in melee combat with Hex.

Feeling emboldened by her success so far Briny moves opposite Hex so that the halfling is between them. Speaking loudly and confidently she says the arcane words and makes the quick ritual motions then reaches out to touch the smaller person.
Shocking grasp: Attack - 11 (advantage if flanking rules apply - 25 ) for potentially 5 lightning damage

With his trip thwarted, Uragum just steps back, balls his fist and throws a punch intending to knock out the elf. He releases the punch as a quick cross aimed at the Elf's chin.
OOC: Also, correct re: dropping a weapon being a free action.
The halfling is able to avoid Briny's crackling hands, but feels the burn of a scimitar as Hex closes in. The beam of light leaves the crates, directed by Sylyra toward the halfling, who dies beneath the searing light.
The elf seems lost in a rage, still swinging his mace repeatedly at Uragum, who is easily able to avoid the weapon but unable to get a punch in either.
Round 5 Order: Players <===== Elf
Placement: The elf is engaged in melee combat with Uragum.
Uragum sways back and forth trying to dodge the mace and is getting frustrated at the lack of openings from the frantic swings. Risking what he thinks is an opening he swings a low kick at the man's knee.
Unarmed attack
18 Damage 4
