Vandar successfully pulls Glen out of harms way. we can call that a move if Vandar wishes to stabilise Glen with his action. you can just tell me you are doing that any time before Glen's turn, if that is what Vandar would do.
One of the wolves attempts a bite on Bron Attack: 9 Damage: 5
The other at Lothar: Attack: 18 Damage: 6
There is enough room for Bron and Lothar to move further into the room, around the wolves, therefore opening up space for someone else to get in the melee. They will need to disengage to do so without provoking an attack of opportunity. The wolves can be seen by those behind Bron and Lothar.

Tibern sighed that once again he was unable to get into range with his rapier, leaving him with littwl choice to once more rely on his magic. "I would offer you a if only you were not an inbred mut." He yelled to the wolf that had attacked Lothar.'l
(Vicious Mockery. The wolf needs to pass a dc 14 wisdom saving throw or take 4 damage.)
Yes death saving throw is a d20. However Vandar successfully stabilized you, so you are unconscious and at 0 HP but you no longer need to roll saving throws. You will awake with 1 HP in 2 hours unless you take damage or are healed before that.
Yes, the wolf was effectively knocked back 5ft. this leaves a 5ft gap between it and Lothar and there is about 5ft of open space to the side of where the wolf was standing, the room opens up after that. The other wolf is engaged with Bron. Lothar could just step forward allowing others to come in around him but that would leave his flank open to the wolf fighting Bron, which wont matter if Bron kills it before it can act.
I am fudging things a little here to try and let you guys all get in there cause I feel I failed to properly explain the surroundings, but I guess that kinda fits the way you had to run in unprepared.
Lothar moves in between the two wolves and pulls back his greatsword. With a mighty, "Har" Lothar swings at the beasts' backbone in attempt to paralyze or kill it.
Move: 5 ft forward as you described allowing space for another melee

Bleeding a fair bit at this point from the bite and the arrow would he sustained earlier. Bringing his sword back up to try to finish this wolf off fast before it finishes him off.
Bron's attack lands opening a large bloody gash across the wolf's flank. The wolf yelps and stumbles but amazingly manages to stay on it's feet, though it is clearly mortally wounded it's instincts won't let it back down with nowhere to run.
Vandar's first attack lands and quickly puts the wolf out of it's misery. The cave goes silent other than the sound of the stream.
You find yourselves in a small room off the East side of the main tunnel. It is about 15ft across at the widest point and about 20ft deep. At the far end of the room is a natural chimney that appears to go up for about 30ft, at the bottom is a pile of refuse apparently discarded from above. The chains holding the wolves are attached to stakes driven into the stone at the base of a large stalagmite on the North side of the room.
The path and stream also continue further North into the caves. Any further into the caves you will need dark vision or a light source to see.
Bron walks over to where the chimney is and plops his ass onto the cold, slightly damp ground. Taking some bandages from his pouch he starts to wrap the arm the wolf bit to stop the bleeding. " No more stunts like that wizard otherwise we all might die trying to save you."

Tiber sighed as he looked over at the wizard and then the other members of the party. "Our wizard friend does not seem like he will be rising within the next few minutes so it would be wise to find somewhere to settle until he does so." The tiefling suggested as he stepped ahead to look further into the cave, letting his eyes adjust to the darkness so that he could look for anything of note.

The wolf recoils as though someone had punched it in the face and takes a step backwards giving Lothar space to move forward unimpeded.
Glen will need to roll a death saving throw, then we move back to the top of the order.
I'll go ahead and try to stabilize him: Medicine: 8
(D20 right?) 3

(Real time? Always wondered that)
(Cool)
Kolbitr, To clarify - Lothar is able to move to the side of one of the wolves without prompting an Attack of Opportunity from the other wolf? Thanks.

Lothar
Lothar moves in between the two wolves and pulls back his greatsword. With a mighty, "Har" Lothar swings at the beasts' backbone in attempt to paralyze or kill it.
Move: 5 ft forward as you described allowing space for another melee
Action: Kill Wolf! Attack: 16 Damage: 13
Lothar's attack chops the wolf into two equally sized wolf-halves, spilling entrails out over the floor beneath.
There is now one wolf left (the one in fornt of Bron, which has yet to take damage) and plenty of room to maneuver.
Bleeding a fair bit at this point from the bite and the arrow would he sustained earlier. Bringing his sword back up to try to finish this wolf off fast before it finishes him off.
To Hit: 12
Damage: 10
Bron's attack lands opening a large bloody gash across the wolf's flank. The wolf yelps and stumbles but amazingly manages to stay on it's feet, though it is clearly mortally wounded it's instincts won't let it back down with nowhere to run.
Vandar steps forward and slashes at the wolf with his ykwa, following it up with a sick to the face (if it's still standing).
Yklwa: Attack: 9 Damage: 7
Unarmed: Attack: 8 Damage: 5
