Lothar
Initiative: 9
It seemed the fight with the black spider had finally come. Lothar, with his sword at the ready, charged into battle to strike at the dark elf. As he did, he called out to his companions. "Now is the time! Kill them all!"
Before Lothar can manage to get to his target he finds himself restrained by the sticky spider webbing and is unable to make it to hit intended target.
It would require a DC 12 strength check or 5 HP damage done to the web in order to free Lothar. As Lothar was unable to make his attack on the Black Spider I will simply apply that attack to the web allowing Lothar to break free, however he ends his turn just inside the room rather than next to his intended target. (The web attack was a reaction that was readied during the spiders' suprise round, you didn't know about that cause of a good stealth roll and only noticed that one when Silas rolled a perception check as a free action.)
Ok, enemies round is coming soon (I've a lot to figure out and I'd like to do it without making any more confusing mistakes).
Another web decends upon Lothar from just beside the spot the first came from.
To hit: 14 if this hits Lothar is restrained again.
Just as the web is released the spider that made the first web drops from the ceiling and attacks Lothar, attempting to sink its venom dripping fangs into the man's flesh.
Attack: 12 Damage: 5 if the attack lands Lothar must roll a DC 11 constitution save taking 9 damage on a failed save or half as much on a success.

Lothar nimbly dodges the web and the maw of the attacking spider. The 2 giant spiders flanking the drow move 30ft forward (please note that the squares on this map are 10ft squares), and each release another web towards Lothar.
Lothar manages to dodge one web but is hit with the other and once again finds himself restrained.
The 2 bugbears move forward 30ft as the drow makes an arcane gesture and a sphere of magical darkness, impenetrable even by darkvision, appears engulfing Lothar and obscuring the view of the room.
" You are impressive for surface dwellers I must admit, but I am sure that you can see you are outmatched here. But you do not have to die here. I may yet choose to let you live if you can make yourselves useful to me. Help my servants clear this mine of any dangerous creatures and I will let you walk away from here with your lives."
Vandar steps into the darkness and tries to walk through, keeping one hand on the right-hand wall to help keep track of where he is, following the wall until he is out of the darkness. Then if there' an enemy close enough for him to reach with his remaining movement (if any), he strikes out with his yklwa and fist, otherwise he draws a javelin and throws it at the nearest foe.
Vandar steps through the darkness and on the other side finds himself face to face with one of the giant spiders. The monk let's muscle memory work for him and lands two blows on the creature almost without thinking. The beast recoils and let's out a horrible hissing sound, but remains in the fight.
Back to the top of the round. Tibern, Lothar, then Silas. (Just to clarify the darkness is only darkness, it is magical and none of you can see through it but it has no other effect. Lothar remember you are restrained ST check DC 12 will break you free and you do not need to be able to see to do that.)

Lothar was stuck, and he had to get free. With the whole weight of his body, he struggled against the webs. But, as he moved, they wrapped closer and closer around his arms. He was unable to remove himself from the sticky tendrils.
Tibern will have to move through the darkness to be able to see any of the enemies. It is only 15ft wide so you can go through and go back in but since you can not be sure of where your target will be until you emerge from the darkness you wont have time to aim very well so that would be disadvantage, no need to roll it though that was a miss. However since you are running through blind I need an intelligence check DC 10 to see if Tibern can successfully estimate the location of Lothar amidst the darkness and avoid running into him.
Tibern managed to get through the darkness without incident, but missed his target before retreating back into the cover of darkness, you did however notice that the Black Spider has moved towards the eastern exit of the room.
Silas will move through the darkness once he makes it to the other side and can see the black spider he will cast hold person. Wis saving throw for black spider beat a 12.
Silas runs into the darkness but is distracted by thinking about the spell he is preparing to cast and runs straight into Lothar. The little gnome is not moving fast enough to do any damage but finds himself quickly entangled in the same webs as Lothar. Silas is now also restrained and in the dark.
Enemies turn coming as soon as I have time tonight.

The two bugbears hurl their javelins into the darkness where Tibern ducked back into cover.
Attack: 7 Damage: 3
Attack: 11 Damage: 4
Then one moves towards Vandar, the other moves towards the darkness and out of Vandar's sight. (Vandar is the only one who can see anything.)
Vandar sees the Black Spider move out of the room as he says, "Not willing to negotiate? Very well then, die instead then." As the Black Spider moves he casts Mage Armor on himself.
The two spiders that had been flanking the Black Spider move into the darkness and attack the first thing they find within.
One bites at Tibern, Attack: 27 Damage: 5
The second bites at Silas, Attack: 21 Damage: 7
A third spider (the one that had dropped on Lothar last turn) bites at Lothar, Attack: 22 Damage: 8
And finally the Spider fighting Vandar also attempts a bite, Attack: 18 Damage: 6
Anyone bit by a spider must make a DC 11 constitution save taking (2d8) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If the poison damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, the target is stable but poisoned for 1 hour, even after regaining hit points, and is paralyzed while poisoned in this way.

Lothar is inside the sphere of darkness.
Initiative now goes to Vandar.
Are the bugbears in the sphere as well?
The bugbears were not in the sphere when it appeared, just Lothar and the one spider that dropped on him.
Vandar steps into the darkness and tries to walk through, keeping one hand on the right-hand wall to help keep track of where he is, following the wall until he is out of the darkness.
