Looking over his shoulder at the quick combat, Ben realizes that it is over. If there are other budding mushrooms, he is happy to engage in a coordinated beat down if needed so they don’t rise up and threaten the party’s retreat.
At the door, he tries the handle…Is it locked?

" Does anyone have any magical way of contacting Titaani?", Matilda asked. " Doesn't make sense for us to all go in and risk being captured all over again."
"The door is locked and I have no good way to open it," says Ben, looking warily at the toadstools. "Should we try to get in and find Titaani, or should we coordinate attacks on each toadstool in turn to keep them from coming after us?" he asks the others.

There are indeed small but very sharp sickles laying on the ground near the redcaps. (Matilda can testify as to their sharpness) While they are a bit small for medium-sized wielders, they could still make a formidable weapon.
There are no windows on the ground floor near the kitchen. There is a covered balcony with a couple of windows on the second floor over the stream (to your right); there are also a couple windows (one of which you all crawled out of) in the second floor textile mill, on your left, a tangle of potentially climbable branches lay between them.
Horatio gathers the sickles, bundling the precious metal pieces together and latching them to his pack. As he does, he says, "We aren't guests and owe this Hag nothing but contempt. Let's break it down, or..." He looks at the balcony, "Actually, I have an idea."
(The wicked sickles are martial melee weapons. They do 2d4 slashing damage plus your usual modifiers. They're a little small in your hands, but there are no associated penalties for that other than potential pinching and blisters.)
(The balcony is about 15 feet above the top of the log, or about 20-25 feet up from the ground.)
Pud listening to the gang scheme up a plan has a thought. “Wait a bit…you guys trying to get up on the balcony?” Pud turns to Matilda and continues “Do you still have that elixir of flight I gave you? Maybe one of you can use that to get up on the balcony?”

Matilda blinked slowly at Pud before slapping her forehead and feeling around in her pouch for the potion.
She handed it to him with a shake of her head.....
(Titaani took voice of the chain master, which allows her to speak to and through Tiny, as well as see and hear what he sees, as long as they are on the same plain of existence)
Titaani, frustrated with the situation, doesn't give her familiar a chance to respond, instead she grabs her crystal and lets her eyes go purple. Putting her hand on the blacony's rail to steady herself, she can now see through Tiny's eyes, though she can't see anything around herself.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Using the small sickle as a grabbling hook, Horatio and Ben easily manage to latch it onto a branch next to the balcony. You can see a number of cages inside the open window. Horatio stores his other two wicked sickles, while Ben hooks the fourth one to his belt. Matilda hands Pud his alchemical elixir of Flight.
Titaani, standing upon another (open) balcony to the north, sees and hears the party's actions in the toadstool patch through Tiny's eyes. She recognizes where they stand.
But in her blind, deaf body on the balcony, Titaani suddenly feels sharp claws grab her arms. Titaani: Make a contesting DC13 Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check to resist the grapple.
Horatio manages to crush the crazed fungal fey with his potent right hook. Combat is over.
The party, sans Titaani, remains standing in the toadstool patch outside the closed kitchen door.

There are more toadstools in the patch that resemble redcap hats; they remain still.
The kitchen door is closed and locked.
" Does anyone have any magical way of contacting Titaani?", Matilda asked. " Doesn't make sense for us to all go in and risk being captured all over again."
" Tiny? Can you just appear next to her?"
Titaani sighs, leaning on the balcony, at a loss of what to do. She decides to telepathically communicate with Tiny.
"Tiny," she begins in gnomish. "How did the distraction go? Is everyone alright down there?"

Ben:
”Hand me one of those sickles, Horatio,” says Ben, hoping it is more potent that the quarterstaff he currently wields.
