Akame can just go afterthe hags.
Auntie Plunder slowly casts cloudkill, Auntie Pillage casts [spell]ray of sickness[/roll] on Tetrevess, and Auntie Pinch casts Etherealness on herself snd the other hags, turning the trio ethereal.
*Not cast if roll >10
Pillage cast 3 RoS
<If you read the spoiler, you can't cast counterspell.>
Spell Attack and damage
Attack and damage
21 for 32
Plunder cast 19cloudkill DC15 Con save for ½ of 21 poision
Tetrevess can’t counterspell as he used his reaction already to counter the counter.. but mentally he says to to the group... “Countering the etherealness would be useful”.
(reminder all allies w/in 10 feet of Angus immune to charm, immune to frighten and +3 to all saves)
(Were any of the hags within 5 feet of Angus when casting? (Mage Slayer feat))
When a creature within 5 feet of you casts a spell, you can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against that creature.
When you damage a creature that is concentrating on a spell, that creature has disadvantage on the saving throw it makes to maintain its concentration.
You have advantage on saving throws against spells cast by creatures within 5 feet of you.

So, cloudkill was cast, need somw saves. Room is heavily obscured, with the cloud spilling into the tower of conjuration, leaving the hags' den clear as it moves. The space behind where it was cast remains clear. You don't have to follow initiative at the moment.
Does anyone wish to do anything?
Here again is the room description:
Looking about the room, you note a variety of disturbing trinkets and components. More than a few teeth, locks of hair tied with ribbons, a few small grotesque dolls, one with a shiny needle plunged into its chest. A rose quartz figurine of a rabbit sits on a table by the fireplace. A silver necklace lays beside it, bearing a crows foot pendant grasping a yellow-green gem. A small bone sits upright in a rack on the mantle (a medicine check could reveal its origin). Besides it, a gourd that bears a child’s face locked in a scream.
"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Chadderlay will cast Counterspell to prevent the Etherealness and here is my save to keep concentration on my Slow spell:
Chadderlay's Concentration save: 13
Inside everyone's mind, due to the mental telepathic link, "I've got it!"

No. I am sorry I did not choose to elaborate, but she does not actually cast it as a spell, she simply enters the ethereal plane along with the other hags. It is decidedly not a spell. Confus8ngly. The stat block just calls this action "etherealness", also the name of a spell, leading to my clerical error in its annotation.

can i get a ruling on this?
If you got within 5 feet of one if them, they'd have brained you. All this gets you is a melee Weapon Attack anyhow.
Tetrevess Con save Vs Cloudkill 18. He takes half damage from poison due to his belt of dwarvenkjnd (which also explains his long beard)
He walks into the open air part of the room and casts detect magic- it appears he’s doing it as a ritual but the motions are done in hyperspeed - only taking an action to cast (order of scribes feature) Telepathically to the party he says “they probably will be back momentarily. Pity we didn’t get them. Horrid creatures. Let’s see if there’s anything here worth taking..”.
medicine 11, investigation 22, arcana 28 (assumed advantage searching and studying any magical items) He’s careful not to touch anything just yet.
Well, the vudu doll itself usbt magic, but it us a voodoo doll. The bone looks to be from a humanoid finger and set with a stopper, suggesting its use as a vial. The gourd was probably made using magic but now it's just a vessel. Not that you woukd pick it uo, but uf you did swirl it around, you'd find it is filled with a liquid sloshing around in the hollow container.
The necklace and the rabbit figurine are worth 500 and 50gp respectively and you could probably get 1gp for the needle in the voodoo doll.
I don't know ow if there's any way at this point you'd be able to discern the contents if the two vials, but your deep knowledge if the arcane would inform you that a witch's finger bone is something a hag might take in a bargain from such a servicer. Limewise, Tetrevess might well be aware of a connection with the unique life energy of children and magic that bolsters youth and vitality, hinting that the gourd could contain some elixir possessing some beneficial effect in such vain.
(ooc: not a fan of this myself but it is a byproduct of PbP and since I couldn't counter the other thing Chadderlay will Counterspell the Cloudkill instead.)

Tetrevess will carefully mage hand the items of value into his pack, after explaining the different items. “Burn the rest of it perhaps?” He mentally asks the group.
"I have an idea," says Angus helpfully, "Let's just run past the hands and out of the tower. I feel no righteous impulse to rid the world of giant floating magic hands."
”Yes- sounds good to me.”Making sure everyone is ready to go, Tetrevess blasts all the flammable things in the room with fire bolts as the group leaves, a disturbing look of sheet joy on his face.

If you intend to avoid the hands just by running past them and out of the tower, you would succeed.
