Chadderlay will cast Bigby's Hand and have it make a Clenched Fist attack against the kobold with the axe that is trying to chop down Chadderlay.

Reaction (With Sentinel): 20 to hit, 11 bludgeoning and 5 necrotic if it hits

Sentinel: When Ethan hits a creature with an opportunity attack, the creature's speed becomes 0 for the rest of the turn. Creatures provoke opportunity attacks from you even if they take the Disengage action. When a creature within 5 ft. of you makes an attack against a target other than him, he can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against the attacking creature.

He then marches towards the troll like a mindless warlord and whispers yet more words as his blue bat starts to glow vibrant purple (Eldritch Smite (Special): Once per turn when you hit a creature with your pact weapon, you can expend a warlock spell slot to deal an extra 1d8 force damage to the target, plus another 1d8 per level of the spell slot, and you can knock the target prone if it is Huge or smaller.)

Attack 1: 13 to hit, 15 bludgeoning damage

Attack 2 with Eldritch Smite (if the first troll is dead this attack will be on the second one): 16 to hit, 14 bludgeoning plus an extra 24 force since he has 5th level spell slots

Also in case the first one dies:

Accursed Specter (Special): When Ethan slays a humanoid, he can cause its spirit to rise as a specter that gains +6 temp HP. Roll initiative for the specter, which has its own turns. It obeys his verbal commands, gains a +5 bonus to its attack rolls, and remains until the end of your next long rest.

Chadderlay takes out the kobold.

The troll Ethan hit never reaches Tetrevess.  She's still mad at him, though,  maybe mkre immediately witj Ethan for the ohysical pain, but she has serious issues with Tetrevess now. She's still very much alive, though. Thanks to Tetrevess' tactic, it didn't regenerate this turn.

At Tetrevess, in particular, the troll curses: "My child will flay skin from your bones and melt all that remain!"

These words are uttered with her dying breath.

<non-spoiler. I really try to understand the NPCs (even monsters) motivations and such and this is all from a module, but I feel like a trigger warning might be due here, so if anyone taps me, I'll let you know when a relevant 'spoiler' in the future is probably best avoided. I could change it, obviously, but I think it's good stuff, just maybe not what everyone who just wants to play a game about magical superheroes is up for>

Oli's 3rd round actions

I've lost sight of the dragon. Where'd he go? Alistar, do you need help taking out that kobold? Oli calls out telepathically. He climbs the tree next to him and uses Cunning Action to hide in the branches and leaves 10 or 15 feet above the water (hopefully it's tall enough to hide in at that height). (Stealth roll in log): 32

He then uses his action to look at what he can see from where he's hiding up in the tree. (If you need a Perception check, it's in the log): 15 (Reliable Talent makes this 23)

Alistar looks at the creature in front of him, grabbing the stem of a rose from his pocket he begins to speak druidic as he casts Thorn Whip attacking the creature.

Oli can see whatever on the map.  You're trying to get into that building.  You can even assume you know about the back doors. Also, he thinks he's spotted a well like Nostilax described.

"The back doors are usually less guarded and locked, we should focus our efforts on gaining entry there!"

Chadderlay is going to use the Forceful Hand feature from his Bigby's Hand to move 1 of the trolls to line them up with the other and then cast Lightning Bolt to get both trolls and possibly some stray kobolds (up to DM to determine how many I can line up with the extra movement you gave me but hopefully 4 or more targets).

DC 18 DEX save or take 34 lightning damage. Half damage for a successful save.

(If there's any movement left, even just 5 feet, Chadderlay will move toward the back doors so long as he doesn't move in to melee with any trolls or kobolds.) 

Alistar's then whip misses uts target, splashing the water as it tangles with the grass growing from the swamp.

 Sam bashes the troll.

<Monsters are up, then Chadderlay, etc al. Also, currently only 1 troll, hence the lining up thing is.. confusing>

Two kobolds descend on Randy, one tries to shove him into a trap 11

Three kobolds surround Samogri. 1 attacks 16 for 8 slashing (attacks vs this one have AD this round.

The remaining troll strikes Tetrevess.

The kobold Alistar tried to whip strikes back at the druid 15 for 4

You start to notice more movement around the swamp as more kobokds appear among the ruins.

Either way, he is already focused on ripping out that troll for good when he notices Sam dash past towards him and strike his target with extreme speed and jumps in shock. "Woah! Where did you come from?!" he yells as he marches towards the troll and prepares to deliver his own form of brutality... (If the troll dies from Sam's attack he will march over to the kobold who dealt a crit to Alistar instead)
