Milo, Hooper comes up to you and asks, "When did learn to play the violin?"
"Hello Mister Hooper, im glad you ask. I come from a family of artists. At that time we had a small car with which we showed our performances to the big audience. My mother was a gifted violinist. Unfortunately she died a few years ago" in this moment Milo seems to become a little calmer "You must know my mother meant a lot to me. Their stories she told me were the reason I wanted to be a storyteller. And when she died I decided to master this instrument as she once did. That's my way of honoring her. I may be good, but I haven't reached her perfection yet." A single tear appears. However, Milo can quickly catch himself again and wipes this tear in his face away. "But you seem to be someone who enjoys the music very much. Maybe you should learn an instrument sometime. There's nothing nicer than honest music and a good story."
"Seeing as how great Ban was leading I think we should post pone the treasure hunting as we just got those platinum bars. The Captain suffered a heavy lost... His son as well as my sister were taken to the Isle of Despair. He ask me to keep this to myself but I think we should head there and put an end to those scum, he was worried about the crew not getting paid enough but seeing how close we were during the burial I don't think that's the case.." Xander stops and directs the group to the table, there is a drawn out plan"If we send just a few and have the ship station off we don't have to risk the ship as a whole. If we take out their ships before our ship come into range we can decimate the rest.. If and this is a big IF, we are successful we not only finally get rid of these damn slaver pirates we get a new base for Tarrant... So who's in?"
Milo listens to Grumpy's speech in fascination. When he's finished, Milo screams out loud: "I'm in! You can count on me. Somebody must tell future generations what heroic things we're going to do."

The replacement sail is already up, so if you all prefer to repair the old one the way, then that's fine. Just need someone to make Athetics or Acrobatics check to tie it off the ropes on the mast.
Raphael does not have magic, but he will attempt to repair one of the tears. Survival 14 Raphael repairs one of the tears by smearing some pitch on a spare piece of fabric then pastes it over the tear. Once it dries it will stick just fine. One remains.
Grol will take the wheel and successfully turns the helm to the new course plotted by Xander.
After several days of sailing towards the Isle of Despair, you all do not encounter any dangers or anything major. The few days are spent maintaining repairs, cleaning the cannons, creating charges of black powder, and other mundane jobs on the vessel. The weather fluctuates from clear skies to more overcast and slightly windy as you creep ever closer to the Isle of Despair. During the afternoon of the last day when you're scheduled to arrive at the Isle, you begin prepations to attack the island that night. You're still several hours away from arrival.
Roll Perception everyone. Advantage if you're in the crows nest.

Xander works on the plan the first few days. He again call the crew and begins to explain the plan.
"Okay first off this plan can only work if it's night, if our ship approaches to close they'll just send ships to intercept. So with that in mind we shall keep the ship a good distance away. We will take one of the life boats and start to head out towards the isle, reaching it by night. We should prepare some bombs and set them in the enemy ships and once they go off it's up to Brody and Raphael and the rest to start the bombardment on the enemy ship. Once they are get distracted we will take on the rest and free the slaves. So the ones who will be on the life boat will be Ban, Grol, Og, Milo and Me our jobs will be to plan these bombs on the enemy ships. Once that's done we will head to there base and start to free the slaves. If anyone has any objections or inputs let's hear em we all need to be on board."

Ban will take the replacement sail ropes, wrapping one end over the other, and then tying it all to the mast. Focusing on the task, she's concentrating on tying them tightly, yet still be able to be let loose, if so required. If possible, removing any unnecessary ropes and replacing damaged ones. Just the right tug here and there.

During the downtime, Ban would like to gamble with the crew. In the evening after a good day's work; really feels good. She'd also by now have realized the new additions to the crew and have looked into them. Maybe watching from afar, when not striking up conversations.
When Xander called a meeting, Ban says "Do you already know of a way to create bombs? With the right ingredients, I can make traps with my trusty thief's tools. Never leave home without 'em, " she states as she pats her side pocket where she keeps them, "Those guys won't even know we got their goat."
Off in the distance on the horizon, you see a ship moving away from you about 20° off your bow. Since you're the navigator, you see it's heading is directly for Isle of Despair, same direction as yourselves, but slightly faster. Since it's the late afternoon and the sun is behind you - it's easy to see it appears to be black and smaller than Truth's Tenacity.
Ban you swing from rope to rope from the mast, tying down new ones and removing the old ones. The Brody's deck crew give you glances of curiosity and downright amazement since they slowly climb ropes or use the metallic bars on the mast to work their way up. The deck crew removes the partially damaged sail that Raphael worked on for now and puts it below deck with the new one obtained from the pirate ship. Repairs can still be made to it when you have time.
OOC: If anyone has anything further to add to Xander's plan, now is the time to do so.

As the smaller black ship approaches the island, you can see it pull up to a dock on the Western side of the island. You all load into the lifeboat and depart. Og easily rows you all forward to the island, Truth's Tenacity drops anchor and turns her starboard side towards the island and extinguishes all the torch lights, awaiting an explosion to open fire.
On the docks you can see a few moving torches as well as a few on what you assume is the ship that entered the port earlier.
OOC: I assume you all are rowing with no lights. Since you all have someone with low light vision, you can easily navigate in the lifeboat.
