Raphael stops at a sudden halt- “H-hey, there Og! Wh- whatchya doin’ buddy?” (He wants to try to stay 10’ away from him at all times at least and takes the dodge action mechanically.)

“Is Og friendly? Og wanna be little bird man’s friend?” Raphael asks, somewhat urgently. “Ship is sinking. If I help you, you want to be friends with me and my friends?” Persuasion 17
Xander continues to Help Ban as we walk across the plank back to our ship.
"We can look at it later, we still need to grab supplies and other things let's go!"
Taking a long lingering glance at the chest, Ban will nod reluctantly and follow Xander down. As they go, she'll say "I've to get some cookware, specifically a pot, for Krunch. We can grab some food too, since we're there. Medicine would be a good find too. Best would be some treasure though. "
By my count you all have enough time to grab two more items out of the cargo hold. There are planks, old food, galley supplies, and an extra sail remaining.
Raphael, Og says, "O'tay! Err...you take 'dem too? Dey friends!" He points towards the direction of the two prisoners. On the floor next to Og you see a broken pair of manacles and marks on Og's wrist.
Milo hears the call for help from Xander. "I'll be right back. I think Grumpy needs my help again. Clearly a hopeless case..." with these words he says goodbye to the crew and tries to reach the others.
When he comes upstairs and sees the others, he asks: "What happened? Who is in trouble? Where is my help needed? What can I do?" He doesn't seem to have fully grasped what happened since he's been below deck so far.
Before running down the deck Xander yells out "Supplies before the boat sinks!" and continues down the storage grabbing the some planks of wood. As Xander rushes back up does he see the people Raphael?
"Y-yeah, OG! I've freed them already. C'mon, big guy, let's go."
Raphael dashed forward and ushers the other two prisoners above deck. Once he gets there he says "Alright everyone, just... hold your fire.. for now! Prisoners are coming up on deck!"
Og says "O'tay!" And follows you up. The prisoners quietly follow as well. The pirate ship is now close to being too dangerous to remain on board as water in the lower deck is now almost 3ft deep. The extra sail down below floats on the water while everything else sinks below the water, you all have time to grab it before abandoning ship. There are 5 grappling hooks with rope attaching the two ships (4 on the starboard side of Truth's Tenacity, 1 at the Crow's Nest). These will not cause your ship to sink, but has the potential to cause some damage.
I will assume anything placed on the pirate ship deck will be quickly transferred to your ship.
Any further actions on the pirate ship?

Skirting around any of the escorted, Ban will help gather a pot or two, maybe some utensils, and head back up. Before returning to the ship, she'll unhook/assist in unhooking a grappling hook.
The lines are cut just before the pirate ship starts sinking. A few moments later the ship lists to the starboard side and begins slowly submerging, stern first. The two large boarding planks harmlessly fall into the water as both ships separate. Sea foam, black splinters, planks, and countless other bits of rubbish float on the surface of the water as the bow submerges within a couple minutes. You can see the faint, distorted outline of the ship slowly disappearing into the unknown depths of the ocean before it slowly fades away and all that remains is the few remnants of the vessel floating upon the surface of the sea. The sea gulls hovering around Truth's Tenacity land back on the Crow's Nest.
Brody says, "A shame really. She would have been worth a lot of money to have it returned to Black Root. Damn pirates. Um, who are these new people?"
Hooper comes up from below and says, "Don't worry, maybe we'll find out why they got their hands on one of our ships."
Truth's Tenacity is secured and sustained some minor damage during the battle. The hull has been patched up and will very slowly regain integrity each day as the crew continues to maintain their repairs. Keep in mind to have the hull fully restored in the quickest way possible the ship will need to be dry docked in a non-hostile port for a minimum of several days, depending on the damage. This will also cost money depending upon the damage and by the chief shipwright in the port. Right now the damage is probably not severe enough to warrant a return to port, although the main sail could probably use patching up.
Just a reminder, Krunchy accidentally knocked Armyl off the deck and he swam away. Quint is in Sick Bay unconscious, and there are a couple dead crewmen in there as well. The extra supplies gathered from the pirate ship are transferred down below while the iron chest and rectangular container remain on deck. The two prisoners stand around quietly and Og says, "Dis ship better. Who you? You have good food here?!"
You all may post at will. It's currently midday and the weather is still sunny.
Xander will pick up the brief case in hand and take it back to his quarters and leave it there for later. Once he's done he come back on deck addressing Brody "I believe these are captives that Raphael found on the enemy ship."

Without evidently seeing nor hearing the newcomers, Ban takes a small metal bar from her toolset pocket and runs it around the edges, checking for traps. If there doesn't seem to be any, she'll flip it hastily as far a the hinges allow. Definitely excited at the thought of treasure and the great unknown.
Ban, there are no traps and you open the iron chest. You open it up and find 6 gunpowder flintlock pistols with 20 balls each along with a gunpowder horn for each one. They are made from iron and have a curved wooden grip with a simple no nonsense design.
Xander, Brody says, "Hmm, I wonder what they were doing on that ship."
Raphael, the human female speaks up and says, "I was a citizen of Dernholm that was sent to work in the mines to pay off debt, but was kidnapped by slavers in my youth and sold after they were done with me. That continued for many years until I got older and my appearance was no longer beautiful. Then I was only valuable for work only. I don't even know how long I've been a slave. So are you all slavers as well, or what? Just do whatever you need to do and be done with it."
The male orc says, "Two things that you need to know about me—my name is Mozu the Chosen and that's it!"
