Lizi seems a little more at ease now that the shade is no longer visibly watching the group, however she keeps a close watch on the surrounding area. "It's still here.....this is it's home, Be cautious!" Her small, pointed ears noticably perk up when you ask her about the language. "Of course I know it, That is ancient Kokirian. It is a dead language with no one alive who can speak it, Im afraid I dont know the translation......" She thinks for a moment.
"Perhaps the Deku tree may be able to translate it?"
Praxius,
Gazing at the surrounding stonework, the first thing you notice is the age of the stone itself. This area is FAR older than the city that rests on top of it, in fact you are fairly certain it is far older than most of the continent. Perhaps built in the very early days of Hyrule and forgotten with time. Taking a few steps away from the group you enter into a long rectangular chamber that is dimly lit by low burning sconces on the walls.
A cold breeze alerts you, you feel your blade begin to hum. Yet not to warn you, to draw your attention towards the center of the 200 foot long room. Where you can see a sarcophogus, Unmarked and without any sort of visible indication as to who is entombed within it.
The light goes out once more, reappearing at the head of the sarcophogus you can see the burning eyes of the Shade as they fix on you once more. You sword nearly becomes electric at just the presence of the creature that watches from the shadows. It does not move, it simply watches.
Knight Feld, having gathered her composure once more but still with a noticable shake in her legs. Strides up beside you, following your gaze to find the Shade. "......What is that thing.....Why doesnt it attack?" She asks to no one in particular, Not expecting an answer in return. "I've seen many frightening and fearsome creatures during my time as a Knight.....but this Shade would give them nightmares. It's presence alone is......." She trails off as she stares at the creature, stalking you in the darkness.
Paca says to Quiggley "The Deku Tree would be able to translate. We need to get to them. Lets move forward and get out of here." Paca begins to move forwars with his head on a swivel for any sort of trap or barrier whil also looking for a way out along the way.
"This place is old", Praxius whispers as his eyes lock once again on the Shade. "Which means whoever is in that sarcophagus is also old".
He once again moves to interpose himself between the group and the shade.
"I have encountered many frightening creatures in my time, but you are right, none like this. I have learned to trust the magic within my sword where danger is concerned, and so far I get the sense that we are not in danger unless we make the first aggressive move".
"We should leave. Did you see an exit before the lights went out?", he whispers to Knight Feld as he searches within his limited range of vision and thinks back to the layout of the room before the lights dropped.
Quiggley will nod at Paca's suggestion and follow the group on foot to the next chamber. On seeing the shade by the sarcophagus Quiggley will say, "Maybe showing it is the key."
Quiggley casts Silent Image out into the 200 foot chamber of the vision he saw fifteen feet wide, deep, and high, of the child in green lying at the base of the Deku Tree. He draws on his Sorcerous power (meta magic point) to extend the range up to one hundred twenty feet placing it in the center of the room. Slowly he rotates the image so that both the Shade and the party can see it from all surrounding angles. The scene seemingly lit by the sunlight filtering through the beaches of the tree.
As Quiggley waves his hands, you all watch as floating images of what Quiggley had witnessed slowly appirate into the dark air of the chamber. The Images spark with a certain verdant tint, a clear homage to the Fairy's lineage and where he was from. You see a child, garbed in green with a pointed hat talking to an ailing Deku tree. Which looks nothing like the Deku tree you know Paca, it is far smaller and deathly ill.
The Shade, mirriors your movements exactly Praxius. However this time it's gaze is fixed on you, it does not wander to your companions. Knight Feld steps beside you, whatever fear she may be feeling it seems she now has control over it and chooses to stand beside you against.....whatever this thing is. "Unfortunately I did not, from what I could see the walls looked rather smooth and almost....wooden."
Searching into your recent memory while still keeping your focus tended on this Passive adversary that stands before you, you can recall any sort of notable exit from this chamber. Save from where you entered. Yet it occurs to you, if this is the Tomb. Then it likely the Entrance and Exit are one in the same, you simply need to find a way to open it.
The Shade, while copying ever movement Praxius is making. Does not move from where it had reappeared, at the head of the sarcophogus. "Wait......" the high pitched voice of Lizi rings out in the chamber, as for the first time since entering she leaves the comfort of Paca's shoulder. Speaking loud enough for all to hear her, she floats slowly through the air towards the shade. "......Your armor.....Are you?"
For the first time the Shade moves of its own accord, no longer mimicing Praxius. It's entire being turns to face Lizi and it steps to the left of the Sarcophogus. Lizi immediately flies back to Paca's shoulder and is trembling as the Shade moves around the Sarcophogus and stalks towards you Paca.

Rae watched the shade's every move as the party attempted their various ways to communicate/ deal with it. Her fight or flight response triggered constantly, beckoning her to flee. But the yellow zora already knew that fleeing was no longer an option, so she steeled herself for the worst outcome. She took a few meditative breaths to try and calm her nerves.
As the shade began to approach Paca, Rae positioned herself behind Paca. The shade showed no obvious signs of hostility yet but Rae was not one to take chances, she stood behind Paca readying herself to place herself between the two of them should the Shade try anything dangerous. For now, she observed the shade trying to discern it's intent.

Praxius keeps his breathing shallow, trying to remain calm as he once again faces off against the Shade. As Lizi approaches it, he tries to put his arm out to warn her to stay away, but it is too late, the Shade turns to focus on her and starts to move towards Paca as she flees.
He moves along with the Shade, not getting any closer but as the Shade moves to the left of the sarcophogus, his own movements match it in order to remain between the group and the Shade.
As it stalks towards Paca, he will back away keeping himself between the two of them until, if necessary, he is stood right in front of Paca. At this point he will put his arm out and gently push Paca with him if possible whilst he watches what the Shade does.
He does not get voluntarily closer to the Shade, and makes no threatening move.
As the shade approaches, Paca recalls what Quiggley said about the heroes song. "Quiggley, I have a feeling you were the fairy to the hero? It knows you and that's the only explanation that makes sense to me. I'm going to try and play the Heroes song to see what happens. If it doesn't affect the shade perhaps it will open some magical exit or something." Paca pulls out his pan flute and begins to play.
As Paca mentions a magical exit, Praxius has an epiphany. There truly was no other way out down here, which leaves only one way to go.
"The exit and the entrance is one and the same. There must be a way to open it, let's hope this song of yours is it", he says as he continues to face off against the Shade.
Quiggley would have burst out laughing at Paca's theory that he was the heroes faerie, if not for the stalking Shade. "Umm, being a heroes fairy sounds like work. I don't remember much but I am Very much against actual work."
Quiggley then casts Guidance on Paca to help calm his nerves as he plays. Hoping to help Quiggley will sing the song in accompaniment.
As Paca grabs his pan flute to begin, he stops. "Wait! The fear has clouded my memory again. This is not the heroes shade. I know the heroes shade and it does not roam here. This is wrong, can someone check for something magical holding the door shut? Quiggley?"
The Shade does indeed stop short in front of you Praxius, while its gaze is on you it does not feel like it is looking at you. Rather looking through you.
Knight Feld matches your movements, her hands on her weapons and while the tremble in her body has not vanished. She is determined to stand beside you, should a battle commence. "Enough of this, Shade. I am Knight Ophelia Kristof Feld, By the authority granted to me by the crown and in the name of King Nohan Bospho Hyrule. I demand that you step away and let us leave this place." While at first when she begins to speak, Knight Feld's voice is a little squeamish. As she continues on her voice becomes more commanding and stern, reverting to the tone you are familair to hearing her speak with.
Immediately the Shade does not react, yet at the mention of the King. It immediately dissaperates into a low lying mist, Your light flares back to life. Revealing the chamber in which you now stand. Smooth stone walls with the low burning sconces and no visible sign of exit, save from where you had entered. Along with the unmarked Sarcophogus, that is at least plated in copper. As the surface of it has a metallic greenish tint to it.
"Well.......I didnt expect that to actually work If im to be honest."Knight Feld lets out a chuckle and looks around at the rest of you, a look of relief on her features.
You all hear the heavy slam of the metal doors opening, and a number of indistinct voices calling down into the chamber. It seems the soldiers have managed to open the door from which you had entered.

Hearing the door from above open up, Rae suggests for the rest of the group to make their way back up with haste. With light reentering the room, she keeps her eyes focused on where the shade was last seen; watching for any changes while her party goes back upstairs.
"That was impressive, and timely", Praxius says to Knight Feld as she apparently orders the Shade to back off and the door opens.
Now that the light has returned, he feels the familiar itch behind the back of his eyes, as his vision briefly fills with sparks. Once again unbidden his senses focus on the magical for a brief time as he surveys the scene, focussing particularly on the sarcophagus.
"Paca is right, Quiggley. Let's move", he then calls as he turns around.
When Rae suggests the other's leave first he nods, "Very well, but I am staying on your shoulder until we all get out", he says and starts towards the door.

The sensation you are so familiar with, burns into the white of your eyes. Not a searing pain, more of a dry pain. Akin to forgetting to blink to the point where you eye's begin to burn, but amplified. Gazing around the room at first, you do note that where the Shade had been standing. There is a faint wisp of magical energy that vanishes after a few seconds.
Then you turn your attention to the Sarcophogus, and it is practically glowing with magical energy. You can see the visible crackle of arcane energy as it burns continuously at every visible point of the Sarcophogus.

With a seeming inevitable end now behind you, as you rush back up the stairs and out into the light of the mid day sun. You cant help but feel a sense of relief wash over you, some of you chuckle at this feeling. Looking at the heavy set of doors and the lock that still rests on the ground, you cant help but feel that this is not something you are ready for. Perhaps when you are better prepared, stronger as a team and more confident in your abilities you can delve the depths of the Shade's tomb once more.
For now, You feel comfortable enough leaving it. Knight Feld immediately begins commanding the soldiers upon her return to the surface. "I want these doors shut and sealed, This area is to be put under constant surveilance. I want two teams of six preventing any one from wandering any where close to the doors. Do you understand?" The Soldiers all nod, two of them immediately clsoe the heavy set of iron doors while the rest move to take up positions around it.
