Round 3 (now dim light as a bookshelf goes up in flames)
Faloniir, you're in a back alley between buildings. You're surprised to see that the lantern-bearer intruder has not gotten very far away. He's moving a bit slow. You catch up to him easily and cut off his retreat! It's very dark in the alley but you can see fine.
Faloniir will drop his bow and step quickly through the ransacked shop. When he sees the fleeing man, he'll charge forth and attempt to tackle (grapple).
Faloniir: the intruder manages to evade your grab, uses disengage and stumbles away, but only about 20 feet. He's moving a bit slow. As he does so, he hisses at you,
"Stay away from me! Unless you want to get sick and die!"
The situation inside the room seems to be under control. Still in a rage and not quite in control Fro shoves #4 to the ground screaming in his face "GAAAAHHHHH" with teeth bared, she then runs to the door to see how Faloniir is doing outside, hoping to find someone to use her fight energy on.
That leaves Gilwynn to take #4’s sword and tie him up.
The hooded lantern was apparently an oil lamp, which allowed the bookcase to catch flame easily. Now the books are fueling the fire to grow. The room is getting a bit brighter and more smoke-filled.
((Seems fair :) The only addition I would have made is to make sure I maintain a 20ft distance.)) "Gilwyn, we gotta get this guy out of here. Do you have him under control?" Banyan moves over to the unconscious intruder and tries to drag him toward the exit that Fro has just gone through.
Faloniir will shout to Fro, "Wait! I need him alive!" and ran past her after Raegrin. He'll draw his other shortsword and attempt to knock Raegrin unconscious with two downward pommel strikes.
Raegrin's eyes roll up into the back of his head, and he drops. His hood falls away and you see that he is a young sandy-haired human with some scruff on his chin, but what catches your eye are the prominent blue lines, like veins, that are creeping up his neck.
Faloniir will say, "Shit, I was hoping he was lying." He'll turn to Fro as he begins fishing rope out of his pack to hogtie Raegrin, "This one's got it too. See?" Faloniir will point to the tell tale blue lines and begin tying up his bounty. Smelling the smoke he will add, "Damn! The place is on fire and we haven't even found Verla! Can you check how bad it is? If you think we can manage, I'll be right behind you, I'm almost done here." Faloniir finished speaking with a grunt as he makes sure his knots are secure.
Fro sees Noone else to attack and fights down her rage. She hears Faloniirs voice, and it's tarts to make sense to her. "Fire, yes, the Fire. She turns and runs back to Pelcs to help out out the fire.
There’s a lot more smoke now than when you left! The first section of bookshelf is properly ablaze, and the fire is starting to spread to the next bookshelf. You feel confident that you accounted for everyone on the ground floor, but there are the stairs, near the back entrance (where Fro I presume would be entering) going up to the second floor.
The smoke is going to be a real issue soon. Proceeding will require a constitution saving throw, I can tell you the DC will be low as Fro can tell that the smoke is not yet overwhelming.
Faloniir will douse his cloak if he can and wrap it across his mouth and nose. He'll still do this even if he can't douse it. He'll then ascend the stairs at a trot, looking for Verla and hiding attackers.
The upstairs seems to be one large room taking up the entire floor. most of the space seems to be storage, crates full of junk, but one corner is arranged as a living space.
What appears to be an ice statue of an elf is bundled beneath the blankets of a bed along the wall in that corner. A small table loaded with dirty teacups and a kettle stands next to the bed.

Banyan will shoot another arrow, hopefully this one flying true, at the non-wounded intruder.
25 to hit, 11 damage (Sorry, I accidentally sent the rolls to “self” only as that’s the default setting)
Banyan’s arrow strikes the intruder in the chest and he makes dying gurgling noises as he collapses!
The heavily wounded intruder, seeing his last comrade drop with an arrow in the chest, throws down his sword and raises his hands.
”Mercy!” He says.

Gilwynn and Banyan are able to remove the two living intruders from Pelc's curiosities, out into the street.
Faloniir and Fro are in the back alley, where the 4th intruder is trying to get away.
Fro is in a rage, so runs toward bandit with the maul over her head. "Freeze and surrender or die!" She screams.
Faloniir will shout to Fro, "Wait! I need him alive!" and ran past her after Raegrin. He'll draw his other shortsword and attempt to knock Raegrin unconscious with two downward pommel strikes.

She then runs up the stairs.
