So - Aino's chosen 10k item from the pun challenge was her gray Robe of the Archmagi but the Moonblade was another item she had listed as a possibility.  So I don't think the Moonblade was ever quoted at 10k - just she could have chosen it then for the pun challenge.  And now that I remember it, Aino is the wrong alignment for a Moonblade anyway (she isn't good).

So I think I need to do new price checks:
- Rapier, +3 (very rare)
- Tome of Clear Thought (very rare)
- Ring of Spell Storing (just rare - so she could just get it as a rare item of choice, but checking price anyway in case she wants 2 rare items).
- Oh and for the heck of it since it is thematic for her and doesn't require attunement:  Boots of Elvenkind (uncommon)

Probably forgetting tons of good items, but most of the ones that would really help require attunement and she is out of slots.

Aino has 12.7k gold pieces.  Trying to figure out a way to get one of these and still give her Rapier, +2 to Casey (or get one for her).

Two things, DM, bead of force says multiple are usually found together, if I got that would I only get one or would I roll what’s in the description for it? 

And teammates, don’t forget the extra 10k he said we get to split as a party.

You get to roll the d4+4 and its was 20k each for the total gold. Nat 20s yo.

Oh wow 20K each? I might need to look again and ask for my pricing, I promise to try and get that done this weekend.  I assumed based upon your earlier post that we probably wont start the next fight until Monday.

Hmm... maybe I had missed 10k to add to Aino's gold.  So she has around 22.7k.

Aino knows Casey doesn't really need it, but she still gives her the Rapier, +2.  "Looks good on you."

She takes the Ring of Spell Storing as her free rare magic item and buys two others:
Rapier, +3 for 14,967gp
Boots of Elvenkind for 985gp
Total Cost:  15,952gp (1,595 pp and 2gp)

Into the Ring of Spell Storing, she casts 5 levels worth of spells (for which she still has the spell slots):
Silvery Barbs (1st level) twice
Shield (1st level) once
Vortex Warp (2nd level) once

She then hands the ring to her owl Familiar, Thumbtack to wear and grip in her talons.

Aino will wait to learn any info she can about the next challenge before deciding what spells to cast beforehand the next day.

Going to say you have to choose 1 or the other.

It's a level of  Exhaustion to be ready for the next fight or you have to wait a round and will get it for the final fight against Garmuk and his team.

I'll let you do but but t will be 3 levels of Exhaustion for the next fight or 2 level for the final fight

The rest of thevday passes as the party gets to their room and rests up for the fight the next day. Unlike previous days during the festival there is no note waiting on the table.

The shop keeper comes and goes with no word from Sorath. Finally after you all sit down to your dinner and are discussing possible strategies for the next day Sorath walks in.

Sorry I'm late. I was with Garmuk in negotiations with the Syndicate. It seems your display cause more waves then invented. To prevent a war in the streets we came to an accord.

Tomorrow your fight with the Syndicate's champions in the final will determine the fate of the arena. Win the Syndicate agrees to leave Garmuk and his alone and will turn all gambling operations dealing with the arena over. Lose Garmuk will turn the arena over to the Syndicate and start over else where. 

So as such I would expect them to cheat. Their champion is the number 2 second only to the Chairman himself. Very strong fighter but it's his amulet I'm worried about. It's very magical. 

On top of all that Garmuk agreed to anything goes as long as you don't leave the arena. This includes the space above the arena, so no flying higher then the upper most stand. (100 ft up). Sorry thats all I got for you. I'd expect a hard slog of a fight. 

Good luck I am needed back at the arena. One last thing. The Syndicate agrees to cut the ambush crap till after the fight. Yall been marked for death so even winning the bounty hunters won't stop hunting you down. Tis life we live.
